Funny you say that as something stood out from one of the Lapland vlogs.
They'd done the Finnish sauna and Joe and Mark went outside. Mark farted and Joe went on and on about it - 'omg that stinks, omg the smell, that's really bad I think I might be sick' - and I thought for fucks sake why include that in the vlog? Mark isn't one of his juvenile mates.

Half of his days seem to revolve around farts. He also had that lengthy discussion with Rina on the plane about him farting constantly when flying, followed by a clip of Dianne farting. He must be exhausting to be around with his toilet humor.

I wonder if Brendan(?) will say something once he arrives. Andrew is too fame hungry and attention seeking, but I feel like Brendan might pull Joe aside and have a word about how Joe portrays his parents on the vlogs. I know I would.

I wanted to watch Dianne and her parents in Lapland to see the travel and accommodation and them experiencing snow so i put on his vlog in good faith but honestly I felt SO drained by him (Joe) he's just relentless with his yabbering at them and attention seeking behaviour.

Di is clearly in need of total downtime but Joe's either in full on performance mode or he's OTT stressing and nagging over every last thing he just can't let them be .

As you say any chance to make a mockery of her folks and he's on it big time they have been used so much as the butt of his juvenile jokes, it's just a shame she didn't take them away on her own it would of been so chilled not having that performing, snarking idiot with them .

I would much rather have seen more of the meals they had in Lapland than, for eg, Joe's extended 'joke' about being their tour guide - 'my name is Joseph - have you any questions?' in one of his stupid voices which seemed to go on for about 10 unfunny minutes. If I was Diane I'd be mortified my partner was carrying on like that to my parents.
And then his long analysis of 'I can't believe I'm wearing my fishing gear in Lapland. Mark can you believe I'm wearing my fishing gear in Lapland?'
He must be so tiring to be around for any length of time.

To stereotype an entire nation, Finnish men are traditionally pretty rugged and tough outdoorsmen, if they went without Joe Dianne could have found herself a nice bloke who can chop wood and open jars and who doesn't get an ouchie neck from carrying a backpack

Dianne took her family to stay in a Harry Potter themed ex-church overnight. I think her sister-in-law is a huge HP fan. All without Joe, yay for them! How they must have sighed with relief to have some Suggless time.

Joe is not only obnoxious towards the Buswell clan but also seems very controlling of their time and experiences. I would love her brother (the sensible one!) to cut him down to size.

Oh shite! I just realised he's going to give his annual 'my roast potatoes are the best in the world' lecture. All while everyone else does the real work.

Goodness knows what's up with Diane's father, but I feel like Joe mocks him at times. I guess that it's understandable given that Joe is immature and self centred, but it must hurt Diane that he doesn't try to be respectfully understanding. I wonder what Rina and Mark really think of him lol?

I know he had cancer but to me he reminds me of my mil when her dementia started to get hold. Horrible horrible disease

I’ve seen when older people are in remission from Cancer they’re a bit wiped out as they recover. His body has been through an hurrendous time with poison saving his life and it does make me feel uncomfortable seeing Joe take the piss constantly. Leave the poor man alone. He’s clearly not well still.

Mark always seemed like a really laid back bloke, and then he got cancer which has knackered him out, PLUS he gets a camera shoved in his face and has to perform. Dianne really should step up and tell Joe to back off.

I think Rina has quite a big family,several sisters and her brother lives with the Nan so I am sure there are plenty of them around.

They very obviously hit a rocky point in their relationship. I think maybe 2021 was it?! I lose track of time! During Strictly, they appeared to have almost broken up. They didn’t see each other much, Dianne went to all events on her own, didn’t travel home much, he barely posted about her time on Strictly that year, stopped liking her insta posts & she was highly emotional on Strictly. It was also around that time, she went home to Aus on her own & seemed pretty emosh about it. There seemed to be no reason Joe couldn’t go with her. She went for Christmas & as she flew home, he upped & went on holiday with his mates & their girlfriends & they completely missed seeing each other for about 3/4 weeks. Which seemed pretty odd. Especially as they’d barely seen each other during Strictly either.

Obvs, none of us actually know what went down but I’d bet a lot of money things weren’t so good with their relationship for a while!

His greatest achievement is that Blackpool dance and she's taking the piss out of it and laughing (which honestly he deserves) he's talking over her, dismissing it to push the point of look how great I am, look at how well I did it I'm not hearing you, she keeps laughing like she's done with blowing smoke up his arse he just leans more away from her.

It's bizarre, isn't it? Yet there are people thinking they should have kids together which I honestly think would be a total disaster with their combined unresolved mental health issues, plus their outlook on life and backgrounds being at complete odds never mind the fact they have literally half the world between where their hearts are.

While some are hoping for a proposal, the real ones here are hoping for a break up.
