Fine house, some price! Even if they got it for €555,000 that’s a €55k deposit then 3 1/2 times their wages for the mortgage. How is she making that much 🤷‍♀️
Not easy get a house so as annoying as she is best of luck to them.

Don't shoot me for this.... but actually it's a beautiful property!! Fair play to them. You would definitely want to be 100% sure that your going to like the country lifestyle longterm. I mean the maintenance around a property like this will be costly if your too townie to know how to do the graft yourself. It will get run down and dishevelled very quickly if not maintained. Also, a big change for the likes of them two. They must be fairly sure they like each other enough.... because God knows that's at the back of beyond.... they probably won't see another human for months on end. Gone are the days where she had the bathroom full of fake shite plants that didn't even need a drop of water. I can just see her out now wrestling bushes like....ehem.. Ian Bailey. Isn't that how he got those scratches that time 🤔

It's a lovely house, lovely location, and I'd be very interested to see if they keep the land themselves or rent it out to generate income. 10 acres is a fair bit of maintenance.

I honestly would love to know what source of income she has. My partner and I both have well paid jobs, no debt, good credit and had a sizeable deposit as a result of savings and investments - and we struggled to get an affordable mortgage for much less than the asking on that house. It’s a beautiful home and good luck to them but I’d love to know how she earns any money. Has to have an only fans 🤷🏻‍♀️🤮

Am I the only one who thinks it's fairly basic for half a mill? She's paying for the land and the location. It doesn't look very big inside and it's very dated. It definitely needs work. I also thought she would have bought a property with a sea view!
Yes I’m shocked there’s no sea view I remember her saying that’s something they wouldn’t compromise on before

I don’t know…property in west cork doesn’t come cheap. It’s a stunning area and you’ve very rich people retiring there, buying holiday homes, settling there with remote working etc.
Its over 2,000 square feet which is grand and then all the outhouses that have come with it. I’d say the land itself wouldn’t be a massive % of the overall price, it should be ok for her chickens and alpacas but you wouldn’t have dairy cows there 😂😂

She’s actually closer to Skib than I thought and only a couple km from Roaringwater Bay. She’s really only missing the sea view!!

The reality is you don’t get much for half a mill these days. 10 acres + a house in reasonable condition + outhouses. She is paying for the land. Maybe they’ll sell a sit or two. Make some €€, renovate and extend existing house…

Finally found it, thanks for the hints! I think it’s gorgeous and I’m torn between wanting to praise anyone for buying in the market at the moment and also wondering how on earth they can afford it! What does he do? Does he have stable income? Because she counts as a freelancer and it’s harder for her to qualify for big mortgage unless she has a huge deposit - which maybe she does after all her ads!

Oh she just gets more smug, patronising and condescending with every single post.
I genuinely think I’ll have to bow out from even looking.
Oh and it’s not jealousy, we’ve built our own home on acres of land and own other houses too. I’m happily married with beautiful, healthy and happy children. I just absolutely detest smug show offs like her and I can just picture it getting worse and worse. I genuinely cannot fathom how anyone actually follows her. She is without a doubt the worst human I’ve come across on Instagram, and I’ve seen faces by grace.

It's like she's never seen grass before 🤣 Is this the view we're gonna get for the next 2 years coz the house is a bit average 🤔

I'd say she's raging tatters discovered which house it is! 😂 We're going to be shown trees, the stream, land and snippets of light reflecting off walls because the house isn't as polished as she would like it to be and fairly basic at the moment! The sitting room looks so cold and not a cosy cottage feel at all.

It just shows how quickly you can be found by posting on the internet. If I had kids I would never post anything about them

Humble as ever is she not? Makes me sick to my stomach the way she brags (and the multiple daily posts of her non-consenting child). I do feel poorly for her that at 8 months he’s not sleeping through the night, that’s rough (although also directly related to whether or not sleep training was tried). Most of my patients start sleeping through the night at 4-6 months.
she can traverse the land and leap over babbling brooks and explore the treetops when she’s up feeding him while wearing her multiple pairs of wellies, living the land dream (land land land, did she say land?)
