They’re heavily scrutinised. They’ll look at how long they’ve been making the money they’re currently making, how sustainable it is, what term they’re looking for and loan size. They also look at post retirement income and what plans they have in place.

I reckon Jess would jump at the chance if he’d have her. Once her contract is up even if the new owners/ management decide to offer a new contract they could completely change the terms. I for one would be writing in how often she has to post and incl terms around promoting when there’s a drop. She’s the laziest influencer I’ve ever known, she clearly doesn’t have a stipulation around number of posts and when if she can drop a collection and duck off on holiday with her phone off.
 
How the duck did she get approved for this mortgage she’s got now then, must be expensive every month

She didn’t have a decent income for nearly 3 months plus with the way she spends and Millie not earning much, can’t make that much from links.

Wonder if she told them don’t worry the dentist or the bank will set me back on no problems 🤣

Would they be treated as self-employed? My friends husband is self employed and they had to jump through hoops to renew their mortgage, despite already having a mortgage.

I know she usually goes quiet after a colleckshun but she has literally gone off the grid the day after it launched.

It wouldn’t have been that difficult to get a mortgage. She doesn’t live in a mansion, the house was around the 385k mark. She would have had a canny bit equity in her previous house as they were there for 10 years. They bought for £93,500 and sold for £162k and that’s before they even pay any capital down. She’s have had over 100k worth of equity. Even if they only put 100k down 2 people on 30k a piece could have afforded the mortgage needed.

Yeah she would have, she only went ltd company last year so would have been a sole trader. They would have asked for 2 years SA302s.
 
I see she’s finally commented on Adams post this morning.

Given we’re pretty much October I thought they would have already been working on designs for SS25 and she’s not even really mentioned her winter stuff for this year. Remember when this contract renewed she was talking about collections a year in advance. I reckon people are probably right in that it’s coming to an end.
 
Adam stitched Jess and those lasses up with that bleeping dress. She looks absolutely ridiculous. I’d be bleeping mortified if he posted that of me 😂
Saying that I would have point blank refused to wear it.
