The mental gymnastics... 🤦🏼 He can afford to ask for rocks because thanks to the donations he doesn't need to ask for money? But if he was asking for money you'd be roasting him, right? 😆Hey, I've been one of the biggest critics on here when it comes to how Blobby has been spending the GoFundMe money. However, I'm not on a mission to criticize at every turn.
I can't even stand the guy and here I am, defending him once again, so funny! 😅
---

She accepts commissions so yeah, that's part of what she does. She's even painted a few rocks for memorial gardens. Once it was for a child who had passed away, so sad. 💔
Would have no problem if he asked for a gofundme.. I would actually respect that more because if he asked people himself then he would have thanked them. He's just hiding behind her family who started to it. Pretending it's not there. Today's video is a perfect visual. He's picking up a massive Hall from the PO " the biggest yet" in his words. All of it sitting in the bed of an expensive pickup truck that was bought for him out of the kindness of others. Is it so hard to say thank you?

His grifting needs to stop. They changed the stated purpose of the GFM account after jenny passed. Then they keep the grifting going in her name. If you request your donation to be refunded based on this they will give it back to you. Support a real cause that can help out someone. Not kyle purchasing luxury items while trying to somewhat hide them. They are at almost double their target too. GFM should make him close out the jenny account and let kyle start his own for his recovery and grieving process If he wants to. That is more honest to donors. I think its all very obscene of him and her sister to support it.

I agree. Or he at least should have put on the flyer for her service" in lieu of flowers please make a donation to cancer research or the charity of your choice" in, Jenny's name. Since he himself does not seem to be donating any money towards any charitable causes. This is what most people do when they perish. Also most people don't have a sizable gofundme, let alone Revenue from YouTube channels, paid leave from their job as well as a salary. This is wonderful for him but in my opinion going forward he should pay it forward! Or at the very least thank people other than his coworkers. I guess he will just sit in an expensive patio chair overlooking a rock garden whilst shipping a mocktail that was provided by good-hearted people

*vegan* mocktail 👍

Jenny was cremated and he didn't mention the funeral which of course has taken place. We were right on here, as usual.

Did he donate any money at the event? I highly doubt. I can't stand looking at his face either so I skippity-skipped like I always do. His videoing and editing skills are not great but at least he's put in the effort and he seems to have found some motivation.

My theory that Blobby's self-esteem depends on how well he manages to live up to an idealised version of who he should be, is reinforced every time he talks about himself. For example, he didn't say "I want to be the best dad I can be because I want to raise my children well for their own good". No, he said: "I want my kids to be proud of me and I want to be proud of myself as father ". He uses the word proud all the time. He also worries about what Jenny would think of him.

He's constantly looking at himself from an external point of view and judging the man he sees. That probably comes from having had a poor father figure. I think Jenny even mentioned it once, he's worked hard to become the father he's never had. That's not an easy way to live your life though, since you're constantly trying to match an idea of perfection that you've created in your mind. His infantilism is probably a way of coping through that (self-inflicted) pressure.

The guy is a grifter. If he wasn’t always then he certainly is now. The kyle stans can disagree with me but this is what I have said for a long time now. He had a funeral long ago and didn’t want to say. Trying to instead keep folks happy with some memorial months later. No real details given. Viewers donating about $200,000 to his families‘ benefit with no thank you or thought of how selfishly it appears to be spent. I suspected he would think more about himself them the grieving kids. Sounds like that might be true. The GFM keeps going with a revised statement of purpose. GFM has been notified of this so hopefully they will shut it down. So many others are truly in need. I haven’t watched him since her passing so I glean all of tnis by the posters comments. I won’t watch him at all.pretty sure he and her sister will try to keep the GFM grift until after the Dec 30 “memorial”. Maybe forever.

I heard Kyle say that he picked up the ashes But are we sure that he had a funeral? Many people who are cremated including my mother didn't have a funeral she died of pancreatic cancer within a month of diagnosis.. She made arrangements to be cremated at, I kid you not "budget Cremations" ( as she was a very frugal woman) all of her children held a "celebration of life" service and scattered her ashes in the sea. She left her remaining money to cancer research and asked others that in lieu of flowers they make a donation to the cancer of their choice. Some get cremated and the scattering of the ashes are the service or the celebration of life or the funeral itself. Kyle said he picked up the ashes and is in possession of them if they did in fact have a funeral that would be very odd not to mention it.

They held themselves out as being religious didn’t they? So by funeral it could mean some sort of ceremony with some sort of religious component to it. It doesn’t mean the ashes are interred somewhere. Sometimes the family holds the ashes at home then spreads them or inters them later based on her wishes. I just think it highly doubtful that zero religious ceremony for close family and friends was not already held. Its their business but keeping the revised GFM. active leaves them open for skepticism imo.

This is what Ashley says on behalf of the family on their GFM:

Without the incredible generosity the Applefords have received, these years would have been extremely challenging. Those who have donated have not only eased the extreme financial burden that cancer brings, but put a constant light of hope into their everyday lives. Messages, gifts, handmade treasures, stickers, prayers, and more have flooded in every single day. There is no way to measure the impact you all have had on this family. We are so deeply grateful to you.

Sorry this is a long one..Like all of you I have watched Jenny's cancer journey and many of their videos I could feel a vague skepticism begging at the corners of my mind. It wan't until I did a google search "Jenny Apple employment" did I come to find you all and subsequently reading your comments I learned that their were others who thought as I did.
You see I was looking to see if Jenny had any work experience to becoming a SAM.I could find no employment history except the bit abut her meeting Klye in a grocery store they both worked at. It seemed her You Tube career began as a mommy blogging/vegan site. Sadly it wasn't until the "miscarriage" video that they seemed to gain any interest. Both Klye and Jenny had claimed that the cancer journey was documented to the sole purpose of keeping friends and family updated, as we can see that it became much more than that. I have no issue at all with You Tuber and how they make their money-it's simple supply and demand. Audiences love the macabre. My issue was that they always resented themselves as stoic simple and non monetarily concerned beyond their means. But as all of us have Why not make it private to just family? $$ We have all witnessed they always had the grift. We have see their appearance's on game shows and home make-over shows. They seemed to downplay it all. Kyle has always referred to their Disney trips as "a free getaway for them all" because the annual passes were a gift, he chose to mention that the gas to get them there, food, shirts, stuffed animals. When they stayed at the hotel at Paradise Adventure Jenny said "we have free passes so why not enjoy the hotel in the park?" Rooms at CA adventure are over $700.00 they had spa treatments and dined on vegan meatballs and mocktails. I witnessed them downplay every monetary purchase. The cars, trips meals out at expensive restaurants etc. The only one's they ever thanked was Jenny's family and his coworkers.
I myself in Los Angeles not far from the Appleford's and I can verify that it is very expensive to live here. I know that Kyle was the sole provider and probably always had been. I couldn't imagine having to take care of kids and a wife dying of cancer that had a hard time "being alone." She made him leave his job to come home and care for her, when he was running her errands she'd call him home, when poor flower (the dog) needed her anal glands expressed which take all of 30 seconds Jenny made him come home immediately. It was difficult to prioritze anyone in the family's care BUT hers. Kyle had to and often help with her feminine issues, bloody messes and endless and period talk .I couldn't nor would I subject my husband to ? Why didn't they utilize a nurse via palliative care? She also seemed to constantly be in pain and while I realize everyone's pain levels are individual it is my understanding that lung cancer is one of the least painfull until the end of lf I'ife. I'm sure Kyle is feeling a sense of loss for his soulmate and also some much needed relief.Thank-you all for listening, I have enjoyed reading all of your thoughts.

There is something seriously wrong with this family. They won’t be stopped until GFM stops them. You don’t need a GFM to receive stickers, rocks, hand made treasures etc as shown by Kyle at the PO Box ( didn’t watch it). She must be getting a portion of the grift. Sickening.

She still can (in my country) to have the final funeral at sea.

I don't watch the videos l just listen to them with the screen on black, makes it easier.

Seeing that they regularly obtained "free" stuff in the past (The Price is right, The garage makeover, Holidays when Jenny was first diagnosed) lm.going to assume they have always been Grifters in some capacity. Funeral and cremation has already taken place, interesting given that they always pretended to be so honest with the "Loving Apple Family" 💙💙💙. We only know what they show and what they show is BS!!

Kyle did mention taking the children to church so l also would be very surprised if a religious service was not held with the cremation privately.

I just wanted to say that they did say thank you on GFM for people's donations, so there's no need to say thank you on YT as not everyone donates of those who watch them, and perhaps he doesn't want them feel obliged to do so.

Most of the donations came from viewers, to think otherwise would be very naive.
I could be wrong but looking at the revised purpose statement the “thank you” was written as part of that GFM post of her Dec 30th memorial. That was posted after her passing when they had to adjust the purpose statement for the fund and invited people to continue donating to the family if they wanted to. There has been criticism of them not thanking or acknowledging the money donations so they obviously had to address that and also justify the continuance of the GFM after her passing. I continue to believe it’s a huge grift but people can believe and do as they wish with their own money. I have donated to GFM several times so I am sensitive to what people describe as the need for the fund. After substantial change in need or surpassing the goal, I would think that most people would close the fund. Guess not.

According to cousin Trish, "Kyle doesn't run the GFM". Granted, I've never had a GFM but I assume he can ask Ashley or whomever set it up to close it. Perhaps he's holding out for the kitchen renovation
