She's either recovering from a Brazilian butt lift or a facelift or has donated an organ to Charles whose cancer is much worse than revealed. Or she's left the marriage and is in hiding. Or she's in rehab.

Why do all these “ebil trollz“ stories put the influencer on a pedestal? It’s like they’re some sort of kindly saint who happens to donate their time to showing us their life?
Influencers are literally selling themselves, creating parasocial relationships with strangers and the public for monetary gain.
If Gary Linekar was spotted shoving Smiths Crisps in his gob, he could reasonably expect to have the piss taken out of him forever more. If he was heard saying “Walkers are tit, I’d never eat them” he could reasonably expect people to have a go at him for being a lying shill.
