She has something called Hootsuite to manage her Twitter. I saw it scrawled in tiny writing on one of her lists (when I was searching at high magnification in the pic for something)...oh, must be a couple of years ago now.
A real 'I bleeping knew it' moment!
And that is how you manage all those multiple sock accounts, searches of names, notifications you can set up to alert you...all in real time in front of you.(desktop and app version).

I may or may not have once used the wrong tweetdeck window and called someone a bleep using a client account... I never trusted myself with tweetdeck again.
