one of my twitter followers. In fact two who are generally quite astute can’t see past her. I have to grit my teeth every time they tweet how great she is. I certainly don’t wish her dead. I just think she’s nasty.

The reason I dislike her so much is because I really hate seeing people get good things through lies and grifting. And I hate people who cosplay mental illness and duck with other peoples heads.

Babe same, it's awful but I'd rather a scammer gets their money via scamming than Jack getting hers via poverty porn.

Regarding the Patreon rewards, I think this squig pretty much confirmed for us that they aren't being sent out. If he'd been receiving them he wouldn't need to ask. Shocking that she didn't give so much as a hello and welcome to all those new joiners either. Spends hours glued to her phone every day, and couldn't make the effort to pen a brief note to people.

I hope someone tweets Jack back with that QPR season ticket tweet. It was just perfection. She’s as much a Liverpool fan as I am (I am a lower league frau).
 
I’m still catching up (I actually did watch the kickball on our TV - although I was sat down half an hour early as dear hearts, kick off was 1530 hours and not 1500).

Anyhoo, I just wanted to talk about the tweet from the single mum to Jack. I wonder if the tweet was prompted by one of Jack’s calls for stories to misappropriate - or perhaps the lady had been drinking. I get it. Once when I was drunk I only texted the ruddy Jeremy Kyle Show! I was so desperate and very drunk and they phoned me a lot over the coming days. So I get that “if she can do it, maybe I can too” reaching out thing. Jack puts herself out there as a saviour so this is going to happen. More reason to close her DMs if she doesn’t want to reply.

When Jack’s backed into a corner, she seems to have a script of things she pulls out - they don’t rest until I’m dead, I’m nearing breakdown and AA sayings which I take to be a rallying call for all people in recovery to back her up. Nice try small fry. I am honestly speechless ~ again ~ yet how I can still be being shocked by her?!

She’s one of those people who completely changes her personality (well, whatever it is she has - facade? Veneer? Barely covered hellmouth?) depending on who she’s going out with. Current lover clearly a pool fan.
Speaking of which, I was wondering if she’ll claim they’re NB too when someone genders them as female (which is surely going to happen soon?!) rather than say it’s a man??
she could just be winding us up mind…

I think it's a combination of her following growing, the Nigella patreon boost and her winding up GC Twitter with an JKR mention. More people to notice even more blatant grifting and people who dgaf about being blocked or whatever.

Plus I think she's posting a lot more and in really repetitive cycles (crappy behaviour trying to go viral, try to cover it with saccharin tweets/nostalgia bait, if that fails talk about mental health/recovery or working 100000 hour weeks), even someone with a passing interest could pick up on it.
