I am eating some nourishing food, grown of the earth, harvested and now piping hot, counterbalancing a cool autumnal night. Feeding my body and soul just as it has done for generations before me, packed with vitamins and comforting, cosy, self care in each bite.

They're not cheap, the Swan Retro range. I've been eyeing them up but the reviews aren't great, I believe after a couple of uses they look shite.......funny that

Why is she wearing pyjamas before 9 pm anyway. I dont get the sitting around in pyjamas, unless youre sick. I just think when i see people in them at random times during the day that they probably havent washed or changed their pants since the day before.

I remember slumber parties in my early teens we used to see how long we coulf stay on our jammies for. I made it till 11 am

When she says about “one of my therapists……one of the most emotionally healthy….” And when she said about one of her best friends being a therapist ….. all of these things scream at me of someone who is not sorted yet. It’s applying a lot of pressure to those people as well to ‘help’ her and be there for her and all that stuff that is all about JACK. It’s kind of really sad, but then we realise this is what has quietly, gently sustained her all these years and is now her norm
