Not posted in here in ages but a heads up for Friday….if you’re a member of a library you can download a free magazine app called Libby and read magazines for free. Low and behold, Diva is on there!!

Theres a year long backlog library too, but sadly doesn’t cover Jack’s previous issues.

That "unedited" photo (WHY IS THE SKY INDIGO???)...

I was out in the mountains 🔺️ with a friend (yes, Jack, I have one too!) on Sunday, and we both commented several times on how it's impossible to really capture the colours of the autumn leaves in a picture.

Sadly Jack has limited comments, so I can't ask her how she managed it. Did she carry a soft pink velvet curtain with her, perhaps?

There's definitely been some filter trickery, you can tell from the edges of the leaves.
 
So Jack doesn’t want to post the revealing picture because her Mum follows her?

Why the fcuk doesn’t she worry about her son reading all this? I just wish she’d do a Mom and have a professional account that is professional and have a limited account for family where she could talk specifically about her challenges with sobriety etc but not expose the son to it all

Save your pennies…I’ve volunteered as Cabel Tribute as I have the Readly app and think someone else has volunteered too.

Plus @harveydean has confirmed access for anyone with library memberships.

Got my reminder set up for Friday and will try and spoiler the risqué shots. Though I really do think the most we’ll see is a bit of side boob given past form for exaggerating.

I wrote here a couple of weeks ago about going on walks every day with friends because my MH had been poor. I also said I looked at the grass and the trees. I feel seen. Her references to these pages become clearer and easier to spot.

I mean, the twitter timeline is choc full of charities offering to help, telling her to DM or email for support... That doesn't fit her narrative though. She couldn't get help from the GP, that's the FACT.

That’s a shocking lack of self-awareness. It’s one thing to be confident and in some situations, arrogance can be justified to an extent. But she really thinks everything she turns her hand at is just fantastic and we’re picking faults with her for no reason. Shocking.


It’s Recovery (from anything) 101 - go out and “see the trees and flowers for the first time”. Give it a couple of weeks and those leaves will fall, it’ll rain and she’ll be writing to her old pal at Israel Street, because where there’s blame there’s a claim 🙄

+ another recovery 101 is not to do anything big for the first year - relationships, new jobs, moving, anything that isn’t absolutely essential can get in the bin. The more I think about it the more alarmed I am - I can’t express how worried I’d be if I heard a new comer discussing a topless photo shoot they’d done for money, it’s one thing if you *are* an actual Nuts highstreet hunni and that’s how you’ve made a living for years, but if someone new in fresh from a rock bottom had been coerced into such a thing I’d be aghast. I don’t think I’d be able to hold myself back from reaching out and getting involved if I had heard this in a room setting tbh cos it just sounds so awfully exploitative & women get exploited enough, especially some of the more vulnerable women entering recovery who’ve been through some truly harrowing tit already.

If what she’s saying about a depressive rock bottom & relapsing is true then this is really bleeping bad of Diva. I can’t imagine there’s a sponsor involved in this journey at all, like I think Jack is absolutely vile but I’d happily help her out and tell Diva to do one on her behalf with regards to this, just as a fellow who can see what is right and what is wrong. And Diva aren’t right for doing this.

Please don't think you ever come over as a pearl clutcher at all. Your insights are amazing for me as someone who has never seen the recovery side of addiction. I've only ever seen the fallout from relatives (inc a parent) addicted to alcohol & gambling. It has really opened my mind to seeing all sides.

Clearly Jack is on a high at a moment (I mean mood wise) and that is just building up to a chaos. Which will be Friday unless everyone compliments the Diva article. It seems irresponsible to me for her to be excited about any sort of raunchy pics or in depth interview given her mental health & of course her son.
