There's too much wittering on about chocolate, sweet spreads, bread, crisps and whatnot when they'd be the foods she'd be repelled by. I believe it's more restrictive than that - and she's very low in nutrition from the boiling and blending and boiling again, which is leading to the obsessive egg and fish combinations, as her body is screaming at her 'I need protein, iron, fibre, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, etc, etc!'.

It's not about what foods are healthy for her, her issues are about not eating enough at all.

My mum is like this. I won't say full blown ED, but she definitely has an incredibly restrictive diet and does not eat enough. Her approach to food is alarmingly Jack like at times - although think fish and eggs rather than shades of slop!
 
Ah yes, the autism diagnosis she only got a few years back that she also got when she was a child. Thank goodness we had that taxi driver confirm that she's definitely on the spectrum which really stopped any of us doubting the validity of what she was saying. I for one will never question the great Jack Monroe ever again.

By the way I don't find joy in that stupid picture of the stupid tree because it's reminded me that Jack is still out there with unrestricted access to the internet and this is the kind of content we can expect every day until LJC takes mercy on us and 'forgets' to pay the broadband bill. LJC if you're reading, slopbot.com is worth $1272. I am willing to pay if you can make it stop.

She's an insult to everyone with ADHD and/or autism. The way she talks about both makes it sound like anyone with them is barely human and cannot function in society at all. Obviously, they face difficulties, I'll never gloss that over, but even a lazy Google of people who have one or both will bring up a list of some incredibly successful people who fight against people like Jack's stereotyping of them

I first heard of Tattle because of She Here's little rant. I stayed for the Influencers after Guru Gossip died. I saw loads of Jack M threads and was surprised she could garner so much attention given she was quite a minor and seemingly harmless personality (I didn't follow her particularly but was aware of her from going viral for the poverty and then the Hopkins thing and the Allegra/trans/not-trans stuff). And then I read on...
