They are a bit buried in the text but yes, at the moment, if you open the responses to see the direct replies then you’ll see the GH comments. I’m not sure if they might go if the original tweet gets deleted though - I’m not sure what the original tweet is...

GH replied directly to ReportingSquiggle (RS) so I don’t think it will highlight that specifically in Jacks followers feeds, but it follows on in a thread from her due diligence tweet which will likely appear in feeds (it has in mine) showing she has two replies. If they’re curious about the replies and click to look, they’ll then see GoHenry.

ETA: and at least Kirsty (blue tick) should get notifications about RS and GH, while the one journalist that’s now private should have a notification about Kirsty and RS (and then be able to see GH from that).
