It’s the way he tried to make her look stupid with the comment about a one night stand that wouldn’t leave off. I mean what a man. Bet his mum is proud of him. I actually feel for this girl so much she probably had plenty of opportunity to go to the press or leak it but she didn’t she kept a dignified silence, no one would have known about this if it wasn’t for HIM. I am not one for airing dirty laundry I don’t even have a FB and only have a decoy IG, but I think this girl is clearly just attempting to clear her name and state some facts. My opinion but he really is a scum bag

Unless someone is completely unsuitable and a danger to the child, the courts will not deny access completely to a child. The child's rights come first, so the courts wouldn't just listen to the mum saying she didn't want him around. People can still see their kids even when they refuse to pay maintenance, so it sounds like he is well dodgy if he's been denied complete access.

it is interesting that he says he lost in court, even violent awful men still get access to their children(usually supervised) so either he has done something really terrible and can’t have accesss because of it or he is lying.

There may be a condition of drug testing and contact would undoubtedly by supervised on neutral ground

Speaking from experience, no..
I went to court with my son’s father, he admitted to taking drugs failed a drug test etc, he still wasn’t denied access, they are usually given supervised visitation in contact centres and is reviewed several times, on how the child is with that parent etc.

He could just have made up being legally denied access as an excuse. Like he's trying to suggest he would be involved in his daughters life if it wasn't for his 'evil' ex and the courts preventing him.

I used to work in the family court ( not party to specifics as its a closed court) and no, as others have said, it's supervised visitations. Sadly a lot of what we dealt with was mothers who wouldn't give up boyfriends who were violent/ drug abusers and had their children taken away as a result but as he is the father, I think you would need some extreme violence to get access taken away completely. I suspect he can't be arsed to see her and has made up some crap to explain to his fans why he hasn't seen her.

I know of a heroin addict who is still allowed supervised visits with their children who were taken away from them due to neglect so as has already been said if he genuinely isn’t allowed to see her at all it most be massively serious!

I am so shocked by all of this, Jack came across as such a nice genuine funny guy on love island and up until now! I never would have expected this from him and have always really liked him and when he announced his baby’s birth I remember thinking what an amazing dad he’ll be but I completely am on Casey’s side and believe what she’s saying. I cannot and will not ever get my head round how a parent cannot be bothered to see their child and let months go by with seeing them- it’s plain disgusting! His daughters gorgeous and he should be ashamed and begging to do anything to see Blossom again, not slating the women on instagram knowing he has a huge following it’s only going to make it worse for them both, so so immature and I feel sorry for the little baby in the middle of this all

Calling her a one night stand so publicly just shows how low he can go. If he says something like that so publicly when he is so image conscious, imagine what he is like behind closed doors. I’d say he is a very dark person and he has made himself look even worse by starting all of this
