If that's true, of course he lost. Its not like he has a paper trail of a constant presence to prove his ongoing commitment to the baby, is it? Or a paper trail of child support?

And he's not on the birth cert, so he's basically a randomer who's seen the kid twice and paid nothing.

But I very much doubt he's gone next or near a court tbh. Doesn't it take a hell of a lot longer than that in the court system to get a date for the hearing of an application? Bollocks has he gone to court.

This confused me, he lost what exactly? With court cases involving children there’s not any losing involved, he might not of got the exact custody he wanted but he would of been granted some sort of visitation regardless. Court can take years, even when paying yourself - so to me this seems a bit bullshit, he maybe met with a lawyer and sent a few letters, I doubt he actually went to a court hearing with a sheriff.

i work for a law firm who deal with family law… I can assure you parents can and do “lose” rights to children. Visitation is not always granted for obvious reasons in some cases. Sheriff? We’re not in America. They’re called judges. And it doesn’t always take years.

Oh right, I wonder why. Must be very serious, some cases I’ve saw parents who are on drugs etc still be granted some type of supervised visitation. Either that or he’s not as interested in it as he’s saying ?

From what shes said, hes had all access removed by a judge and isn't even allowed on blossoms Birth certificate. Now a judge doesn't just do that for no good reason, I honestly believe her truth over jack.. she seems stable and is clearly a good mum to that girl, Jack has used blossom for clout thats all. I mean the fact that the ONLY thing he picked apart in Casey’s five page statement was the fact that he didn’t buy Blossom Christmas presents speaks volumes. It should be all kept off social media but she has made some valid arguments there and he didn’t even attempt to dismantle any of them, so I assume everything she has said is true. Why the hell would she hand over her child for unsupervised visits to someone like Jack? It seems she has tried with him but cutting him loose would probably be the best option. He is a toxic person. He made a show of himself and showed his true character on celebs go dating. That will go down in history as the defining moment of when he went from lovable chap to pig ignorant asshole in the eyes of everyone with sense. He was also sickening when that child was born, plastering her all over social media when she was barely days old, all for attention and to look the sweet doting father. All fake of course. He is pitiful.

That poor baby how can a parent not want to see their baby every day - I will never understand this.

The mum seems quite normal - again - don’t know anything about her but if she was waiting for a maternity grant does that mean she’s on some kind of benefits? (Happy to be corrected, all I know is I didn’t qualify for bloody anything and I’m salty ) if so, fair play to her for raising the baby well when money might be tight (making big assumptions here) even though he’s out living the life of Riley. Must be so annoying

I don’t get why people are suggesting she’s a bad mum for sharing her side on social media. Jack was the one who leaked her name to the press and spoke out about it to the media first. Yeah she’s a mum but she’s also a human being so why should she sit in silence and not speak the truth. Let her defend herself and speak the truth.
