No spoilers im on chapter 36! Deffo enjoying this so kuch more that IBH!! I also dont want to rush it but want to know EVERYTHING but so far loving it.

im glad shanker is back also missed him in the last book! I agree robert Glenisters narration is fantastic

Well, you know. So far all the crimes get resolved at the end of their book, so I was wondering how it was gonna work out!

It's definitely the best book so far. Some beautiful character growth and some honestly shocking moments.

I was so scared for Robin. It was so fast paced that I couldn't put it down.

I just finished it today as well. It was a brilliant story, so complicated and so multi layered, although I did end up being unable to sleep properly last night because I was half way through!!!!

The cult and the abuses of power were so well portrayed!
 
I called into the library after work on Friday to see if they could give me an estimate of how long it would take me to get my hands on a copy from my position of 41st on the waiting list. Their 10 copies hadn't even arrived yet, they're not allowing renewals on it, so they reckoned January at the earliest. I caved in and bought it in Tesco today, getting stuck in after I've walked the dogs and while Mr F is binge-watching the Ryder Cup singles tomorrow, i shall be racing through Robin and Strike :)
