I’ve thought the same thing! If you read her posts she says a lot of the stuff posted on here. As much as I dislike Alice I think it’s rather pathetic to bait her and her alter ego, Tone. In my opinion, it’s like giving oxygen to a fire.
I think initially she probably said some home truths but this is just sport for all of them. I don’t think it’s a regular poster here though - most seem to be of the same mindset that it wouldn’t be appropriate and would actually be counterproductive…

She’s never relaxed at all, she never looks natural. I think she looks more relaxed when she’s clearly a little (or a lot) drunk but even on her cameos she seems uptight. I cant explain it as well as you did, but I agree 100000%. She just seems like there is always an internal storm brewing. Tbh I would have gone right off her as well if I were her partner, people like that make me very anxious.

I know some posters call BW "toxic positivity", but IMO one thing she radiates is just calmness. Tbh it might just be the aura she puts on for the camera, however I doubt that. Because we only got to experience Alice through videos as well and even in those Alice just seems so agressive and loud and all over the place.
I woke up on New Years day to find a rat swimming in my pool. I am terrified of them to point i can’t help the way I act. I couldn’t watch it drown so I got the pool scoop and tried to scoop it out. I tit you not it dived to the bottom of the pool. I freaked out and screamed and thought duck it, it can drown. 5 min later I felt bad so went back. This time I managed to scoop it up as I anticipated it’s dive. I got the scoop in the air, only for it to JUMP mid air and land back in pool. I never screamed so loud in all my life. Third attempt I got it out and just threw the scoop over the fence into the neighbours. This happened a few days after Alices rat drama from memory and you lot were all posting bloody rat pictures. I do understand your fear, altho' I like rats/mice, I HATE/FEAR spiders & the bigger they are (well, big for the UK) the worse I am.

Me too, OMGC. My second narcissist (I did have a habit of falling for their lies; reminded me of my father, I suppose) was unbearably vile. So I walked out. He tried to make my life hell, used every trick in the book to slander and defame me. The first narcissist, who dumped me (thank God) also decided to try to reel me back in. In the end, I contacted his parents and asked them to tell him to leave me alone. The meltdown was savage - he messaged my parents and let fly a stream of horrible abuse.
I’m really surprised that Alice and Lady V are friends, is this a status thing? Alice likes to declare herself a liberal at every opportunity but why then align yourself with someone like LV? Maybe I’m being picky but I think it’s more hypocrisy

BIB - I agree. I personally wouldn't engage with her even if I had Twitter/IG, etc but I don't feel sorry for her either as it gives her the perfect excuse to play the troll victim (ironic as she's one of the biggest herself!) whilst defending
I think it only harms everyone but Alice. She lives for this kind of engagement. I bet she has all of those tweets screenshot for her lawyer to prove she is being harassed online by proxy by IG & BW even though it’s probably nothing to do with either of them.

the bigger ones make me shudder & leave me on full spider alert for weeks (nervous wreck) so they come under my mantra of 'the only good spider is a dead one' I usually scream while dispatching them too! It's why I could never visit Oz as they have spiders the size of dustbin lids! 
I'd die on the spot from sheer terror!
