I wonder if the bifurcation has not been requested by either party but has been required by the judge because of the pending criminal charges. He can't order joint custody if she has a conviction for DV can he? So maybe he doesn't want to rule on it until he knows the outcome. If she's convicted, hopefully Ioan will change his filing to sole custody!)

I realised though that Ioan has not been in any Marple and/or Poirot episodes, which used to be like a rite of passage for most talented British actors/actresses. (Neither has Matthew Rhys).
Marple and Poirot, especially the Poirot series with Suchet are a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. It does not matter I have seen all the episodes. When I am very tired, so I cannot take in any new information and yet am not sleepy enough, it is just the perfect thing. I like the pace and style, production values, the incredible art deco buildings and interiors, and each episode has talented actors/actresses -- familiar faces I have seen in many other films or series over the decades.

I haven't watched The White Lotus yet, but I want to, mainly for the scenery! I'm the same with the Poirot and Marple series' and also Midsomer Murders, but they are played so often out here that I've gotten a bit tired of them.

I can't let this go and I won't post a screenshot. But... I just saw one of Alice's "biggest" fans claim that fibromyalgia (her's and Alice's) is so bad that you are not allowed to donate blood.
This is such an ignorant, flat out, bald face lie - I don't know where to begin. There isn't even a blood test for fibro! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I can donate blood after having had cancer ffs.
People with blood cancer can't donate blood. People on prescription blood thinners can't donate blood. But people with fibromyalgia (especially self-diagnosed fibro) can donate all the blood they want.

Yet we should stop talking about our "betters". 🙄

I think she's going to try and not show up. Bet Marie tries to ask for an extension. Bet Sheriff's show up and drag her out of the house while her lip quivers and she gasps "but my babiezzzz...I couldn't leave my babiezzzz..."

She is also liking many Anti-Ioan comments in context of the Perez Hilton article (my favourite criticism is "why is he plugging his work" - seriously, are they born stupid?)

Marie is not really responsible for criminal matters (tho as a DVRO specialist she will know a thing or two)
 
Im watching Graham Norton, I laugh every episode. Anyway Allan Carr is on and he is telling a story about there being another Allan Carr who is is industry expert on the speaking circuit about something or other. Turns out the comedian Allan Carr was accidentally booked to speak at this conference in Japan and he was that he was tempted to do take the job just to see the reaction when he turned up.

It got me thinking about the other Alice Evans on twitter who accidentally gets @ in place of Alice Evans Guff. I often wonder what the hell she thinks of this saga seeing as she seems a well regarded academic.

Just imagine if Alice E Guff got accidentally booked for a visiting lecturing position. She is likely to think it was intentional and turn up. 😳
 
worth noting that they will almost certainly be divorced by spring/summer regardless (Trial readiness is the last step before the trial, one of the last chances to settle basically, so it could happen there or at the trial that would be a few weeks/months later). you dont bifurcate if you dont think that this stuff is settled before whatever issue you are bifurcating from the divorce
