this probably means custody is the only issue where the parties are far apart from reaching an agreement, right? you bifurcate usually if you think that something in particular delays the divorce (or you want to quickly divorce, so you bifurcate all of it). Seems inconvenient in this case if the kids have to stay another 6 months like this (is that why Tone is so happy?)...do we think that on february 15 there could be still a new temporary order that increases Ioan's custody?

I think they may be waiting for the criminal matter outcome as that will have a big impact on custody.

They recently closed courthouses elsewhere (Beverly Hills and West Hollywood) so most criminal matters are now heard at the LAX courthouse.

My case was heard at the LAX Courthouse and I attended the first hearing. Yes, criminal cases are indeed heard there.

She’s promoting simpleTone’s account again so she can use it to get around the RO.

The going fishing tweets were all about targeting B’s family at first then he had to pretend to be into virtual fishing for ages to try and wriggle out of it. My guess is Twitter informed him (like they usually do) that a legal personal info request had been received, so he worked hard to convince them he wasn’t targeting anyone and genuinely loved virtual fishing.

By ‘he’ I mean whoever is using the account. I happen to think actualTone is very slow (mentally impaired) and by using him like this she is exploiting an unwell, confused and vulnerable adult. Still, there will be enough evidence for Twitter to choose to hand over the account info soon and I expect we will know the whole truth about it all it in the coming months.

Go on Ioan, in for a penny in for a pound. We need the closure.

I just had a horrifying thought. What if she tries to move into the same building as Yo and I know it'll never happen but she's unhinged enough that it also wouldn't surprise me.

She totally has the balls and the venom to try this. Idk if she's scared of IG seeing what she looks like now as she had no fear or shame of flashing him her fat ass, but I do wonder if she's scared of being in the same room as BW and being negatively compared to her.
