I scrolled throught it....other than a few normal days she was pretty much constantly at it all november (particulary from NYC on) and even after she was arrested, really no surprise that Ioan had enough.

I particulary like this very ironic post from 22 November.

(this was on what would have been a visitation day btw)

Both kids were the entire week (from november 28) home btw, we were at the time joking that she keeps them all world cup home (first week was Thanksgiving break)
 
It appears that the court has bifurcated the custody and visitation from the divorce itself. There is a new hearing where their evidence will be presented on the custody and where testimony will be given. That will be on July 13. The Feb 15 date for custody doesn’t appear to be vacated yet. However, on the 15th, there will also be a trial readiness conference.

I wonder if she’s even told Tone (assuming he’s ever behind the Twitter account) or Loops of these fresh legal woes?
The ‘she’s coming back’ statement, on the eve of her court date to face criminal charges, is batshit.
It reminds me of those legions of English soccer fans chanting “it’s coming home, it’s coming home, it’s coming …” when it really isn’t. (Sorry 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 fans, I know it’s painful ❤️)
To continue the soccer analogy, it’s really quite spectacular how many own goals Alice has scored. She deserves a big fat red card and to be permanently benched .

this probably means custody is the only issue where the parties are far apart from reaching an agreement, right? you bifurcate usually if you think that something in particular delays the divorce (or you want to quickly divorce, so you bifurcate all of it). Seems inconvenient in this case if the kids have to stay another 6 months like this (is that why Tone is so happy?)...do we think that on february 15 there could be still a new temporary order that increases Ioan's custody?
