To rent, they look at your credit score, and I truly believe that her credit score is bad if she had any credit cards in her name. There's no way she paid anything on time. Maybe everything was in Ioan's name, and he just had her on it as an authorized user.

Alice always has an excuse as to why she can't do the rational thing. She can't petition the court because she has no money to pay the lawyers because Ioan won't work and pay for everything and he and Bianca are off living the high life and spending all the money that is rightfully hers and she's JUST TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF HER PRECIOUS BABYEEZ, OKAY??!!

Lather, rinse (her head), repeat.
 
Paying the mortgage, bills, health insurance, car insurance, nanny, access to credit cards..isn't child support? Asking her to contribute is financial abuse? Cutting her off from stealing from personal accounts is abuse? Continuing to pay so the kids have a home over their heads is abandonment? Questioning where the 105k is crazy? Noting she has 27k in accounts and a 5k go fund me but complains about not having money is poor down trodden Alice? GTFO. Her followers are as psychologically ill as she is. She's a narcissistic sociopath, abuser, and fraudster. As horrible as this is for Yo (financially, psychologically) she won't triumph in the end. Sure, the house goes into foreclosure or he declares bankruptcy. People come back from this all the time. People don't come back from legal DVRO's without a huge change in behavior. They don't come back from a complete lack of ability to financially or logistically care for themselves without education or support. They don't come back from major addiction and spinning out without support and rehabilitation. bleeping AA is free, btw. If she won't go to rehab (I'd suggest MISA-mentally ill substance abuse treatment), jail might actually be lifesaving for her. Certainly will be for her children.

I'm not surprised by Yo's recent court filing. We all knew he was paying. I'm not surprised by her theft, she as much admitted to taking money from a shared account. I'm not surprised she's lied and grifted. I am surprised by her FM's inability to read a court document. I'm surprised she still has a platform. I'm surprised that Yo and his lawyers haven't fully gone for her throat (rage speaking) but I see some value in this methodical, air tight case they are building.

They seem so desperate to engage with a blue tick that they fail to look up Malice’s history. A brief Google search reveals her heinous and various crimes. They’re acting as if she were a call-in radio show, a perverse Sleepless in Seattle, on whom they can unload details of their plight and receive affirmation in return.
How broken-down-into-the-depths do you have to be to seek comfort and reassurance from Alice Cunting Evans?!

It’s not unusual for courts in California to order the sale of a marital home, especially if it is close to foreclosure and other assets are limited. The court is not going to tell them to go work conventions or decide based on their ability to work. I don’t see him having an issue with getting the court to grant this fairly quickly. Getting Alice out is a different matter.
 
To be honest if neither of them are earning money in the profession they chose then maybe they should both thinking about getting a job ANY job to help them sort the situation out. Any income is better than no income and this isn't a slur at Ioan or anything like that but no point telling her to go work in Walmart if the same doesn't apply to him.

There are two kids to support, bills to be paid and yes Alice has fetched on this situation herself with the financial abuse but it isn't going to sort itself out.

Also if she is blaming him for her not having a career because she is full time mum why doesn't she send the kids to Ioan to look after while she tries to resurrect her acting career (I know she is tit and unemployable but if she is using the kids as an excuse not to work it would be the easiest fix)

She is an absolute abomination, I wish her nothing but misery. Ioan and the girls on the other hand I wish them the absolute best but I do think if acting isn't working out for either of them they could get normal jobs like majority of other people do.

Imagine going into Walmart and the walrus is sat behind the checkout 🤣
 
Just read the court document 🤯 both Ioan and Alice will leave this divorce with NOTHING! She thought she was clever using up all his money and now look what has happened! Ioan will hopefully recover financially with more job offers but she wont because shes reluctant to work and no one will want to hire her. I cant believe the audacity of still paying gloria using his money! If she still refuses any offer to sell the house she is a bleep and a silly one at that

People saying that Ioan should get a job, but not her? What (an I cannot emphasise this enough) THE ACTUAL duck! Her minions really are brainwashed or just outright dense, they duck me off as much as she does 🙄
Why should the thieving, lying bleep not work? 50/50 custody is on the way, giving her time to work.
Even now she could work from home 100% of the time, which she should have started doing ages ago! The kids are not babies anymore, she doesn't need to be on them 24/7. She can take on any kind of office work, some money is better than none!
I know so many people (some single) that work from home, in fact 70% of my company does. All her "illnesses" are in her head. When my back is bad and I can sit in a chair I work from bed half laying down, I've done it for weeks on end, at times.
She thought that if she didn't work, she'd get more money, but that's wrong massively wrong since it's been confirmed she has money and has been stealing it as well.

Also, she'll need a deposit and a month's advance on anywhere she rents, if it's similar to over here, plus furniture (most likely!) I bet she magics money for that out of her arse!
