I guess it will be assumed it is still in her possession and will be deducted from her share of the residual community property. It’s her challenge to demonstrate she spent it on reasonable day to day expenses.

I bet when Big Al sees one of Loopy’s tweets, or gets ones of his emails (can you image how long and nonsensical they would be) she smirks at her obedient schmuck and thinks sucker! Or if drink has been taken, she reads the first line and last to check he is on message and doesn’t read it. Of all the people in the world to leap to the defence of and that poor sap chooses her.

I'm not surprised by Yo's recent court filing. We all knew he was paying. I'm not surprised by her theft, she as much admitted to taking money from a shared account. I'm not surprised she's lied and grifted. I am surprised by her FM's inability to read a court document. I'm surprised she still has a platform. I'm surprised that Yo and his lawyers haven't fully gone for her throat (rage speaking) but I see some value in this methodical, air tight case they are building.

Heartily (in all senses 💜) agree with you, especially BiB. To outsiders it seems like there’s been painfully slow progress and Alice has been able to get away with too much. But he’s played the “long game”- air quotes because it’s clearly not a game in any sense, but I can’t think how else to word it. He’s obviously getting excellent advice and is being patient.

Alice has been sat on her arse, surrounded by chaos of her own making, loudly pleading poverty while eating $40 pancakes. Meanwhile, Ioan has been steadfast and sensible in his actions and his conduct. He’s demonstrated everything beyond doubt, and I have no doubt that like others have said, putting all of this detail out in the public domain is in part for the girls. These aren’t opinions, these are all straight facts, and he knows one day they’ll be old enough to read all this, make their own decisions and understand his.

Aldi is the only place in the US where I've seen cashiers allowed to sit down (someone correct me if I'm wrong). Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger--you are on your feet for your whole shift. And after 8 hours standing in her Louboutins, her dogs will be barking!

The Wal-Mart distribution center in my region is hiring warehouse workers starting at $25. Of course, it means she'd have to live in an absolute backwater, but she could be Queen of the local bowling league. 👑🎳🍻
 
She absolutely underestimated him. The slow burn of allowing her to denigrate and abuse him (& Bianca and his mum) while pleading poverty while he knew the truth takes real courage and strength not to release all of this and blow her out of the water.
Yo brought the receipts…!
