a good mother would work herself, and if it requires to help the kids reunify with their dad first help to get this sorted. But obviously this isnt happening because this is exactly what she doesnt want.
 
Every time she comes back to the narrative of him cheating on her is a breach of the RO right? Like she's trying to trash his reputation.

I'm curious if there will just be one massive court filing detailing all her breaches once they've gotten the divorce finalised and custody set in stone.
 
Oh my god, I am lazy as duck and I hate working so much, and both of my kids are way younger than Alice's, and I still get my fat ass out of bed every day and work for 8 - 9 hours doing office bullshit I don't care about because I really, really love buying things and therefore I need a way to get money.

"You up [sic] bringing up both your children. . . . He should support you financially as well."

Who are these followers who live in the rural 1960s? Like, I know she only has ten or so people who agree with her and interact with her at any given time, but I am so interested in what kind of lives they lead! Are they like the weird Appalachian church people in my husband's family who use dial-up Internet and tell me I'm too "liberated" because I don't make my husband's lunch every morning? Aunt Dolores, is it you?! I need to know.
 
Alice has the means to make a good bit of money if she had any kind of a business head at all. A relative of mine does youtube full time and makes a great living from it and she had to slowly build up subscribers, Alice would have then straight away. Alice could have her few hundred thousand from the sale of the house, rent somewhere small but nice and set up a channel where she shows herself trying to improve her health/diet etc and attempting to find acting

Why do people ask her why Ioan won't speak to her? He has a restraining order out on her. It does my head in that they don't recognise her disgusting abuse of him, his family and Bianca.
 
I honestly don't think she has the life skills to actually find her own place to live, pay the bills on time etc. I think she'll eventually move back to the UK (even if that means she can't take the kids with her) and try and mooch off her brother. If his wife isn't gone yet, she definitely will be once that happens.
 
I realistically don't think the court will order the sale of the house. From a neutral POV, both parents are capable of working.

Both of them could be doing cameos and conventions for a living wage. I think the release of this information is for the children one day to see that their mother is an outright liar.

What I wonder is more likely is that she has been filling the kids head with tales of poverty and woe and distress. I wonder if she's somewhat pressing the kids to go into entertainment so they become a cash cow for her. With it being public it's possible the therapist can bring up that Alice has money and the girls are not DESTITUTE.

I wonder how many things the kids have wanted that she's become manic about how they have no money.

I think it's actually fine in the right context, I call my nephews (a bit younger than Elsie) also often "the babies". But I use it out of cuteness, Alice does it in order to shame Ioan (because the smaller the kids the worse leaving etc.) and also tries to make them more dependend on her. A 13 year old is very independend normally, I was at least.

It's very likely that the court will order the sale of the house, neither has the means to pay the other off to keep the house, there is a lot of debt, the bank will foreclose anyway.

in fact neither has the means to even maintain the house even if they work (Alice wont earn enough, and Ioan would pay too much support to have enough left) in those cases they always order to sell the house. Officially both sides want it, Alice cant really do much here because if she declines she is expected to pay Ioan whatever money he was going to get from this.

She won't contribute because it'll be taken into account when she is awarded child support.

The house HAS to be sold its not negotiable and Alice has known this since July 21.
