Was that the comment about repackaging xmas gifts?

It wasn't me but I agreed with the commenter and reallly despised how Shan handled the answer. Like she was better than everyone else for what she bought

I have 2 children and love charity shops but never in a million years would have repackaged the eldest' used toys for the youngest. She is already at risk of exposing herself as 'Santa' if George realises those were his toys. They will also likely be 'well used'. Is her daughter not worth something special at xmas? I'm all for buying second hand or from charity shops when possible but at least buy them one or two special toys that they can use for quite a while.

Separately, I hate commenting on how other women look but I'm really shocked at the amount of wrinkles she has for a 20 something year old. I'm in my late 30s and don't even have half as many and I've never had botox.

Not even just her sons but to give broken or incomplete toys it’s just awful, this isn’t a family that’s struggling and can’t afford something else. I’ve got bits off Vinted for some of my daughters presents no shame at all but to do that just seems so wrong. I hadn’t even thought of her outing herself as ‘Santa’ your so right!

When you have a second child of course you pass bits down but to wrap them as Xmas presents is ridiculous!!! It would be better if she just said we haven't bought H loads as we have loads of toys already.
But then she's got a H a princess castle that's she is far too young for. Make it make sense please!!!

My second child has got all of my first childs old toys, he got them when he was old enough to play with them not saved for Christmas I had an equal amount to spend on both of mine, my youngest doesn't need much and he's too young to understand so I just put the money that was left into his savings.
There's no way Shan would buy a toy in a charity shop with missing parts for her child so why do it with George's old toys ( I highly doubt she would step foot in a charity shop tbh).
