I just googled the actress who played Esther because I thought I saw her in an advert for an upcoming TV show and found out she’s a powerlifter now!

Gutted Hollyoaks is so tit now. I am so old I remember watching the first episode and thinking Kirk was the worst actor/character ever and wanting to be just like Dawn. I have stopped watching all the soaps now, they are all bad and not worth the time.
Honestly these tv channels are probably paying the writers/actors the same as they always did so why are they allowing them to churn out such bilge. It’s very insulting to the viewer, as well as making no sense, better storylines/characters equal more viewers equal more advertising money.

I’m exactly the same, not a clue what’s going on in hollyoaks, I rely on tattle and the clips on Insta and even then I skip them! Eastenders- shocking. Emmerdale- tit. Corrie- super bloody boring. I’ve lost all interest in them all, nothing like they used to be.

Erm… I’m sure people mentioned them above 🤣 but seriously there are but you feel like they play up the stupidness. Ste is good and Yas and Tom, Perrie? If you think back they are pretty
Good without the tit storylines. Back before people were saying misbah was good during that abuse storyline but I’ve never thought her a good actress so I guess it depends what you think. I reckon they have all given up now

Yeah I think the cast who have been in it a few years are good, I was only joking😂 but the newer ones are awful.
Anyone see that Silas is going to come back and recruit Bobby? Every 2-3 years they bring him back into it just for the same circle to be repeated over and over. It was the good the two times before they’ve done it. Now it’s predictable Bobby was gonna turn out like his grandad. It’s kind of like Will, a clever boy with psycho tendencies.
