Shes really pushing the LA content since she's back, I wonder if she actually is happy
Don’t know if anyone else has listened to the Girl Therapy podcast episode with Holly but she talks about the horrid ex and wow he sounded insane!
Mentioned he erupted at her in public (and in front of his own family!!!) at a pool party on the holiday and it was actually his sister who pulled her aside and said you need to leave him. She immediately left the party so explains why she up and left and had a solo trip to Rome.
LOL at her admitting she reads here though. Hi HollyDon’t know if anyone else has listened to the Girl Therapy podcast episode with Holly but she talks about the horrid ex and wow he sounded insane!

Apart from flying home to the uk tho, she’s not done anything else that would have stopped her from training for the marathon. It’s literally her job. Not like she has any other excuse not to do it!I think it’s just the matter that marathon training needs focus and she hasn’t given it the focus required this time round.
Whenever I said I’d run a marathon but had other things happening in my life, it just wasn’t happening. For her first and second marathon she focused entirely on them and had a coach and a training plan. It just seems a little bit more random now, with not very specific strength sessions, all the traveling and cross training.
How can she be surprised that she’s struggling on a run when she’s trying to do a long run post f45 class
I mean curly hair is a journey though especially if you’ve neglected it for years, it takes soooo long to get back to behavingI dont get the whole curly hair journey that influencers do like… its not as if curly haired people are an oppressed minority group, why are we making a soul searching journey over doing your hair curly
