Knew it wouldn’t be long until she went back to a Garmin. Could tell she never preferred the Apple Watch Pro but had been gifted it so clearly pretended she did for a short while. Annoying that some people will have gone out and bought the Apple Watch based on her review and opinion and now she’s just gone back to Garmin 😂
I wonder if Apple will drop her from their PR list for the diss!

Her posed mirror pics vs her event pics are always very different 😮‍💨

Think shes said she's put weight on since being in LA. Not that she's overweight at all. I do think she massively over fuels for running though. I've been a runner for over 15 years, done 20 plus marathons and couldn't imagine eating even half as much as she does for fuelling before and after. I know everyone is totally different in there fitness requirements though.

It's a combination of event pics being awful (don't even wanna look at mine) plus her everyday ones being angled and posed in the right way.
We all know influencers' photos are if not heavily photoshopped, certainly posed in ways that appear way more flattering than an everyday person does.
She still has a great physique, it's mostly for us to understand why we shouldn't compare our every day selves to that.

I like Holly in general, but overall it’s such a joke that all the fitness influencers brag that they can do ‘hard things’, and by that they mean a beginner level triathlon/marathon/whatever.
When they’ve got all the money to support their hobbies + all the time for recovery in the world. And their only problem is how to fit training with outings with friends and alcohol.
Not saying that these things are easy but frankly, ‘hard thing’ in my mind is fitting that with a full time job, potentially working overtime frequently, potentially having a family on top of that. Trying to fit training into a 8-12hour working day 5-6 days/week, not an empty day with all the time for napping/ cooking and recovery.

Its a very different lifestyle for sure. Its why any coach who says 'we all have the same 24 hours in a day' is straight in the bin for me.

I also think the majority of the world would have a much more enthusiastic approach to exercise if we could get up, have a nice coffee, toddle off to exercise classes, have the time to make 3 proper meals per day and clean up from that etc. Also the finances to buy all the fresh healthy food with no thought to a real budget.

I take my hat off to any person heavily involved in fitness who has a full time job and / or family caring commitments whether thats kids or caring for relatives. When youve been up and down through the night, I admire anyone still commiting to fitness goals after that.

I wonder how she thinks her move to LA has gone. Personally I don't think its done anything to boost her content since the initial announcement and moving vlogs. Yes she might be happy and settled there but it hasn't done much for her career in my opinion.

I dont think shes ever had a proper 9-5 has she? Ive followed her quite a while and I remember she was offered a graduate job but didnt statt it due to socials taking off.

No shame in that, well done if you can live your dream life but Sunday Scaries is pushing it but maybe just trying to be relatable.

Yeah Holly does this a lot, presenting her life and giving advice as if it’s all relatable. Which is a bit funny, cause other than her influencer friends and maaaaybe a few well-off college students, there is nothing relatable in her life.

This girl seems to have endless amounts of money. I started following Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer and she is a member as the same gym as Holly. It was obvious from clips Holly has posted in the gym before. She must be seriously raking it!! Her lifestyle and spending is outrageous.

Anyone else think she might be on Raya?
