Meghan Markle's texts to a royal aide that could reveal the truth about her "painful" letter to her dad have been deleted, her lawyer admitted today.

I deleted a very important email by mistake but my settings delete deleted emails after 7 days. I couldn't get the email back. I contacted yahoo and they sent back the deleted email. I know if you put anything out there it can be retrieved. Including text messages. She has more resources than I do. So she can easily get anything deleted back. I can't see the royal aide deleting the messages? We are very advanced with tech now 😂 You put it out there it can be retrieved.

Friends are not someone you've had 1 or 2 photos with. There is a much deeper and bigger investment with time and emotions and you genuinely care about them.

It says something that they view people they've met once or twice and had a couple of photos with as friends, and yet can cut off their real friends without a though.

Very strange people, I'm so glad I'm not like that, at some point they will feel so empty and lonely.

When we are all outside again, Netflix subscriptions will take a big hitm and they will start tightening their belts and looking at underperforming content contracts like we suspect the Harkles are turning out to be. They are winning due to lockdown right now.



At around 15 minutes in, they are discussing the Harkles and were they 'kicked out'. Lady C is pretty clear and says she knows 'for a fact' they went of their own accord, and 'for a fact' that the RF was extremely distressed. She's clear the RF didn't know what the Harkles had up their sleeves (think Lady C means the Megxit manifesto) and the RF had absolutely no idea this was coming. The Harkles jumped of their own accord. Lady C's 'own take' is that Megz never intended to be a fully-paid up member of the RF.

That's prompted Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex to join Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison in pleading for them to look after themselves.

The prime minister on Friday launched a program called Peak Fortem, which is aimed at helping them do just that.

Based on a successful UK model, the program is an online resource for first responders and their families to better work through the stress and trauma that may occur on the job.

"I'm in awe of what our first responders do every day, and I've seen firsthand that it's not without its personal costs ... the stakes are so high every single day," Mr Morrison said in a statement urging people to take advantage of the free online program.

"Your health matters. Your wellbeing matters. Your work is vital to our community, but you are more important than your work."

Peak Fortem co-founder John Bale said the role of frontline workers is confronting, dangerous and often traumatic, and has only intensified over the past year.

Speaking from personal experience, Prince Harry too urged Australian workers to treat "mental fitness" the same as "physical fitness".

"Serving in the military, I saw first-hand how critical it is to train your mind as a muscle - not only to endure challenges and stresses, but to excel, grow, and build resilience in all aspects of life," he said in a statement.

In a nutshell (I think). If you watch Law and Order or similar cop shows you see that the prosecuters need to put the big cases before a grand jury who look at the basic evidence and decide if the case is worth prosecuting or not. Yesterday was a somewhat similar thing but just with the judge who's hearing the case, Justice Warby, it's an appeal by markle to have the judge look at the basics and say " It's obvious ANL are in the wrong and there is no point in a lengthy trial in October. Here you go meggy I'm awarding you 5 gazillion dollars and costs and there is no need to drag your mates into this mess to give evidence. God bless you my child". Or he could say "Listen witch, you've been lying in sworn statements left right and centre and muddying the waters, so this needs sorting out, your mates WILL be asked to give evidence and the trial will go ahead in October".
Her main claim is that SHE and only she wrote the letter, so it is her property. But in the evidence produced yesterday ANL have witnesses on stand by who say they assisted her in writing the letter so it is not her work alone and she doesn't have full claim to composing it.

Also if the others had a hand in writing it , as employees of the crown and doing it on official time wouldn't copyright be with the crown?
