a judge - upon hearing this - would describe it as being "economic with the truth" which is tantamount to lying, I believe. UK judges DO NOT LIKE THIS. They want "Yes" or "no" answers. Those are answers. "on the vening of 23 september at 8.22 pm" - that is an answer. "I don't know." "I can't remember" "I can't really say" or "maybe" are not answers and pisses off judges. That's what she did re the USA law that allows Thomas to share his letter with the media. She was asked basically "Are you aware of that law?" and she just dug her heels in until eventually legally forced to respond by the MOS legal team ... and then her response was "I can't say I am aware of it and can't say I'm not" (or WTTE). She tries to wibble with words to avoid answering questions directly or honestly. She thinks she's still on Suits and the script writers will cover her ass in the next scene. Stupid witch.
If I read correctly it is even better than that. The drafts that were exchanged between Walter Smutty and the palace assistants (Knauf included) were via "electronic" communications (email) so there is a time stamped undeniable email thread that will sink her like a heavy, low-fibre turd.So she’s completely denying any palace assistance in the letter writing, as per the claimant summary above, and now four palace assistants are prepared to give evidence? Oh dear...
