There is no way smeggy would share a residence with any member of the royal family. No way Pedro.
This (E&J bedding into Frogmore) is another little security bolt on the door making it more difficult for them to slither into the UK and hide in the extreme privacy that Frogmore would afford them. As for the crown series. Not sure why people think "living through it" gives us superior knowledge on the validity of events. It's like the recent revelations of the tit stirring and shagging from both sides in an already doomed marriage have zoomed right over some people's heads.
Diana married a man knowing in her gut that he didn't love her and knowing the habits and negatives of involvement in the Firm FFS she lived among them all her life and was not as green as people claim ... but she wanted the princess role and she took a chance. Everything after that was of her own doing, so quite frankly she should have listened to wiser heads re how to handle things. Make no mistake about it, she could be as much of a bleep as smeggy and it's fascinating to watch the truth slowly seep out about the things we "lived through" happening back then.

We don't know what is going on behind the scenes but I think that the men in grey suits working for the firm have been busy closing ranks to make sure that the Harkles are really out in the cold.
We won't know everything until after the yearly review but I think that their patronages will quietly be reallocated to other members of the family.
Charles has apparently already stopped giving them money (although we can't be sure of this) and soon the only thing they will have left are their titles.
Harry will never lose his title of Prince whatever he does. I'm not convinced that the Sussex title will go either as Sarah managed to hang on to her title following the divorce.
But titles are pretty meaningless these days. Few are impressed over here and it means very little to the Americans.
The reality of having to fend for himself will soon be hitting Hazno hard, especially if the IRS come after them.
Those IRS guys are no pushover. I know an American who has lived in the UK for years and they are after him for tax. He might have to sell his house to settle up with them.

As for Hazno if he ever returns post divorce he would probably rather live in London. Why would he want a cottage in the country that would remind him of everything that went wrong? That place was never right for him and Smeggy. I bet he would go back to Kensington Palace.

I agree. These two have been dealt with privately and behind the scenes. Placing Eugenie and Jack in Frogmore is a huge signal and clue of that. (in my opinion)

I suspect things will be revealed piecemeal in the coming months and then the full impact of severance in March.

Also, I don't see the Netflix deal happening. They are now so unpopular who on earth would want to see it? Pure car crash television.

This Frogmore thing is interesting. As part of the January Megxit negotiations, they kept Frogmore as their UK base - that was always made clear. Back in May, we heard about the 'repayment plan' of £18k a month which was both rent and a repayment of their personal element of the renovations (copper bathtubs and the like). So again, as of May, they were keeping Frogmore as a base.

What changed? They signed a deal with Netflix that included personal video filmed in the Royal Palaces, including BP, Frogmore, and who knows where and what else, and seem to have signed a deal to supply more footage based on their lives (but its Not A Reality Show, OK?) Straight away in September we hear that they repaid a lump sum for the renovations, and reading today's news, they probably lost access to Frogmore at that point. Not to put too fine a point on it, they are a security risk. So now they have no legitimate reason to enter Windsor Park with a camera crew in their entourage. They can't film stuff at Frogmore, which is part of the Crown Estate. They are banished.

All the PR they are pushing out about 'letting Eugenie and Jack couch surf at Frogmore' is face-saving rubbish. They had the keys to Frogmore pulled after the video tapes and reality documentary Netflix deal were revealed.

ETA. In the Sun story, we had this interesting paragraph

Why were the ANL lawyers asking questions to clarify where Meghan has been living? Was this to do with collecting digital evidence? So they wanted to know which IP address (this lie that influencers spread explained here) /servers might be relevant ( @kev1974 do you have any ideas on this?)

Just a theory but I’ve been curious about M’s death grip on Frogmore from the beginning of Megxit and I wonder if it has to do with the eventual / inevitable divorce saga. UK courts appear (to me) to be much more subjective regarding divorce requirements / settlements than here in the US, especially concerning high profile divorces. Based on M’s legal expertise on privacy / copyright laws, she most likely assumed that claiming Frogmore as her residence in the UK would entitle her to proceed with filing for divorce in the UK when the time comes. I have no clue about UK divorce laws, but residency is crucial when filing for divorce here in the US.

From personal experience, the IRS tracked me down while living in the UK back in the 1980’s over an unclaimed $300 on my taxes three years prior. The IRS doesn’t give a funk where you are in the world, they will track you down regardless what you owe. It ended up being $100 in my case due to tax & penalties. Good times

Most of her negotiating will be around her lifestyle expectations and Frogmore meant she can have a go at asking for a 7 bedroomed property near London on top of her California base.
