Shame Smeggy didn't wander off for a piss in the jungle 😁 imagine her lost and getting bitten on the arse by a viper🤣
That poor viper wouldn't last long once it had bitten her toxic arse would it! 🤣

She can spout as much woke word salad/spew as she likes anyhow, we have a saying in my hive, which is 'talk is cheap, actions speak louder than words every time' and it's never failed us yet 👍

She's been ate by a snake...she can't make court now 😱😱
The bloody things she does to make drama for herself 🤔

Doesn't she always darling, doesn't she always?

We should play word salad bingo with her speeches.

Methinks somebody needs to gift her a thesaurus!!!!!!

Ask him why he lied about his age and also why he looks like a Poundland version of Voldemort. That should do it (y) 🤪

I'm dead. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I absolutely agree that none of them will be honest witnesses, but I do have some optimism that under questioning by a ruthless barrister (which you can be sure the Mail’s lawyers will be) it will be very difficult for all of them to maintain their lies consistently.

Perhaps easiest for Meghan if she claims complete ignorance and that the FF is all made up, but I think for Scobie it will be very uncomfortable. If he backs her then he effectively says his book is a work of fiction which would ruin his credibility completely. Even if he talks about other sources, a lot of the information could only have come from M and H - so then we’re back to an indirect leak, which puts the spotlight back on her - and also the question of why she hasn’t sued the hell out of OS given that the book is the worst ‘breach’ of privacy. And don’t forget Carolyn Durand - will she back OS’s version of events? She’s been far less vocal but may be less willing to trash her own credibility.

I think the Mail’s lawyers will make this very very uncomfortable for Meghan, and that’s why Schillings have fought so hard to suppress this as evidence, because they know how damaging it will be to their case.

Exacly this. I also don't doubt for a moment that Scobie will continue to lie for MM and she is not going to start being honest now, or ever. I hear Schillings have a very good record in litigation, nobody expects it to be easy. The Mail have Anthony White QC, who is described as one of the very best and known for his brilliance in cross-examination. There's an article about him on the Telegraph website but it's behind a darn paywall.

I had heard they tried to settle,I am not sure if this is true?

“Given the refusal of Associated Newspapers to resolve this issue satisfactorily, we have issued proceedings to redress this breach of privacy, infringement of copyright and the aforementioned media agenda.” This statement from Schillings could suggest they either sought damages or they may have been demanding an apology/retraction. ANL's willingness to go to court must mean that their lawyers feel they have a strong enough case.

Again, It does not mean ANL will win but it will not make it easy for MM by any means. I think what people most want is her fuckery exposed. Whatever inconsistencies they have found they will undoubtedly use to maximise embarassment for MM therefore it would be considered a win in the Daily Mail's eyes, no matter what the outcome is.

'The stakes are enormous because at the moment her reputation is not damaged particularly' 😁
I disagree with this bit though 😃

I really would like to see her roasted in court so let's hope her narcissism prevails and she carries on making a dick of herself. :p

Loooool 😄 I had to make this 😄
Is he filling his nails 🤭

... it might not be on purpose, but it is still extremely funny. If it IS deliberate, it is bloody genius!

Headline and first line of Smug's article on her Fortune Most Powerful Women interview:

The Duchess of Sussex: ‘If you listen to what I actually say, it’s not controversial’

"Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex is familiar with online misinformation. "

🤣🤣

Yup, I'd say so!

On a more serious note, I am still struggling to get my head around what she brought to the table amongst a swathe of seriously impressive speakers. She was amidst women CEO's, Founding Partners, VP's, Law Professors etc. etc.

Yet they have her listed first! (Did she stamp her huge trotters and insist on Headlining?) She is introduced as "Meghan, Duchess of Sussex", not as "Meghan Markle, Cable TV Actress" - or even - given they supposedly have the Netflix deal - "Producer." Reality TV starlet

Megz is ONLY on that list at all because of who she married. Hardly inspiring as a positive female influence or a role model to anyone other than 4 year olds who are seriously impressed by Disney Princesses.

When İ see how much MM is transforming her appearance and presentation to emulate Kate it reminds me of Fay Weldon's The Life and Loves of a She-Devil. The character Ruth transforms into her husband's lover and then begins to wreak havoc on the life of her husband and everyone around him. İt was made into a TV series and was compelling watching at the time. That Fortune video of hers was painful to watch. As usual she didn't really say anything of consequence or that made sense. İ could not believe the interviewer fawning over and sucking up to her, describing her as a 'powerful woman'. So vomit-inducing to hear MM describe herself as 'authentic'. She will blatantly lie at the trial without batting an eyelid.

Life and Loves of a She-Devil was excellent - a real classic, watched it with my dad when it was first on in 1986.

Here you got, spot the resemblance to Smeg!!

Love this post, spot on. I worry about the snowflake waffle wokey messages being put out there to the upcoming generation. It’s so unhelpful in a world that seems to get tougher and meaner. It gives them no survival skills whatsoever. I definitely subscribe to the David Goggins approach of “Yes it hurts. Keep going.” When I was a kid and my feelings got hurt the message was “sticks and stones will break your bones but words can never hurt you.” Kids today get their feelings hurt so easily, they are offended by literally everything.

There will always be winners and losers in life so the best thing we can teach is to learn to be a good loser. Meghan is a winner in some ways but is just not bleeping smart enough to know it cos people like Doria and Thomas told her she was special so she actually believes she’s better than anyone else and that’s where the disassociation comes in. She’s a narcissist with thin skin and that in my book makes her a bleeping loser. The losingest winner I ever dun saw!
I couldn't agree more. That shite that originated in the States (sorry US guys but it did🤪) where everyone gets a prize and coming first leaves the other competitors feeling tit so they need to get awards too. Newsflash, life will throw worse tit at you than coming 5th in the egg and spoon race so get used to it bubba. I worry for our youth, they are being treated like hothouse flowers and hothouse flowers are not as sturdy or long lasting as those grown out in the elements. It's a tough world and it's getting tougher, so best develope as hard a shell as you can and suck it up buttercup.
On topic, Archie will be in therapy before he's in kindergarten and every blip in his life will be blamed on the RF for sure, cos his ma is a whiny bleep who never accepts responsibility for her own tit.

Here’s one from back in January:
Meghan faces court showdown with barrister who got Cambridge first in theoretical physics

Giving evidence can be nerve wracking at the best of times, particularly when being questioned by some of the country’s finest legal minds in a case already being described as the trial of the century.
Spare a thought then for Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, who faces being cross examined by a man so clever he got a first in theoretical physics at Cambridge before turning to the law and one who got a double first at the same university.
Last autumn she announced her intention to sue the Mail on Sunday over its publication of excerpts of a letter she had sent her father Thomas Markle, accusing him of breaking her heart “into a million pieces”.
The Duchess claims this was in breach of copyright and an intrusion into her privacy.
But Adrian Speck, the 51-year-old QC appointed with Antony White QC to represent the paper in its defence against the Duchess, is unlikely to find himself star struck or overly impressed by either her royal status or her breezy Hollywood charm.
Indeed the comprehensive school educated barrister is expected to subject her claim that publishing the letter was a breach of copyright to meticulous, forensic scrutiny while Mr White will turn his legal brain to her claim the newspaper intruded on her privacy.
Meghan has already had a taste of what might be in store for her should the case reach the High Court without being settled beforehand.
The Mail on Sunday’s defence document lodged with the High Court last week mercilessly exposes the Duchess and her father Thomas’s deteriorating relationship while at the same time accusing the Duchess of allegedly being - in part at least - an architect of her own breach of privacy.
It suggests that when she wrote the letter to her father, she was aware it would likely end up in the public domain.
Furthermore, in what made for uncomfortable reading, the 44-page defence submitted by Associated Newspapers, the owners of the Mail on Sunday, contains details of text messages and phone calls between the Duke and Duchess and Mr Markle both in the run-up to and in the aftermath of their wedding on May 19th 2018.
The document, drafted by Mr White QC, of Matrix Chambers, and Mr Speck QC, of 8 New Square Chambers, is the sort of combative defence which suggests that their line of questioning will be far from the sort of deferential exchange to which the Duchess may have grown accustomed, both as a Hollywood celebrity and, since her marriage to Prince Harry, a senior member of the royal family.
It points out that the Royal family are public figures supported “largely by public funds” and that, by way of example, the security bill for their Windsor Castle wedding cost the taxpayer £30million.
In addition it claims the Duchess, 38, enjoys the lifestyle of someone with “extreme wealth or elite connections” flying to Ibiza, again by example, on a private jet.
Mr Speck, who was born in Brighton, was educated at Seaford Head Comprehensive School in East Sussex before going on to King's College Cambridge. Here he gained a first class degree in Physics and Theoretical Physics.
He then switched to the law, obtained a Distinction in the Common Professional Examination before being called to the Bar in 1993 with the Wilfred Parker Prize.
Should she be in any doubt about his pedigree Mr Speck’s reviews across a number of legal websites will make uncomfortable reading for Meghan and her legal team.
"Very good, clever and tenacious; he doesn't luxuriate in the law for its own sake, but takes delight in the rough and tumble of advocacy,” says one.
Another in the legal ranking site Chambers and Partners proclaims: "He is super clever and a real legal brain who thinks outside the box."
The legal background of Mr White, known for his quick thinking and clarity in court, is likely to prove just as intimidating.
He gained a double first at Cambridge and is regarded as leading silk precisely in the field of defamation and privacy on which the Duchess has chosen to pick a fight.
Chamber and Partners says of Mr White: "He has a fantastic intellect, great advocacy skills and is perfect with clients."
Another review states: “He is an absolute star, who is extremely bright, an excellent communicator and a great advocate.”
And here is one that should really concern the Duchess’s advisors: “Quietly and methodically destroys an opponent’s argument rather than engaging in theatrics”
Whatever Meghan is expecting it will not be an easy ride.
