I think it's because they are probably very badly organised and all is not sweetness and light behind the scenes.
He probably realised that he couldn't deliver what they wanted and that they were impossible to work with.

Whatever the reason the Harkles can't hang on to staff and there must be a good reason for this. I do wish that someone would speak out but they are all gagged by NDAs.
 
Isn't Archewell supposed to be a charity? If all their Spotify and Netflix money (that H said they needed to live and for security) is going into Archewell then how can it be a charity? Surely that money is for them - it's their only income and should be going into their bank account for their personal use? Are they going to be taking money out of Archewell to fund themselves? Can you actually donate to Archewell now and if you did would you just be funding h and m?
If this is legal and this is actually how charitable foundations work then what a scam.

I think it was discussed on a previous thread that Archewell was registered in Delaware and they only have to give 5% to charities. So I am presuming they put in invoices from suppliers and themselves to use the other 95% for whatever.

My ramble of a bit of sleuthing is in the spoiler to not take up too much space on the page.

If you start typing his name into google, one of the top suggestions is "+ prince william" and all the first page of hits was references from rags online rehashing that tweet of his. I looked him up in relation to PWBW, there's a video on CNN dating back to the time Trump referred to his distaste for her, NS doesn't comment directly on that (the other two panelists do) but he then speaks of Trump and media relations (I only skimmed the video).

Thanks for explaining. That's crazy - it's like false advertising. I think the general public are very naive about how charities operate - myself included. I think this should be highlighted in the media. It's more damning than all the speculation about what they have or haven't said to the rf.
This is their version of service. They're providing us with the service of their wonderful content. Nothing in it for them at all!!

So basically they just want to pedal more of the same shite. Their PR company would do better to tell them to shut up rather than digging more holes. If they had any sense at all they would stop mentioning the royal family and get on with making and promoting their Netflix or Archewell stuff. Building the future instead of dwelling on the past.

If they do the equivalent of another Oprah interview I don't think that the royal family will take it lying down again.
If they make accusations that cannot be proved they could be in hot water this time. I cannot believe that the royals won't be in touch with lawyers if they carry on like this.

I really wish we knew what was going on behind the scenes.

It is a legal way for them to make a shed load of money. The Clinton foundation is being investigated for inappropriate use I only hope the IRS in the US has a long hard look at the Harkles set up.
They can set themselves up as a foundation, pay all their staff , off sett all their travel and associate costs, the running of their offices, basically use the foundation for any costs associated with running their businesses. They only have to donate a max of 5% to charities from the money that's left in a financial year. I bet that 5% is on the net about so it won't be very large sums, yet it makes them out to. be such great humanitarians :rolleyes:

I read somewhere last week when No 6 pitched up at the WellChild "surprise" visit, he will probably be able to off set his travel/security/transport and other costs off as part of his charitable activities. Its disgusting and so vile, profiting out of charities and vulnerable people. The RF would be well advised to cut him loose PDQ this is going to end very badly .
