Richard Bainbridge who owns Benedicts in Norwich. He won the dessert course on Great British Menu.
Delicious food. When I asked if I could keep my menu he sent one out to me with a lovely handwritten message,

I agree on a reset I would like to see former winners presenting to be honest ,

I stopped watching the british normal show years ago because I prefer Canada's and the Aussie & New Zealand versions much better formats and no Greggggggggggggggg .

Yes there are lots of chefs who have appeared on GBM who are very talented and personable and who would do a great job, but they are actual working chefs that wouldn’t have time to take on such a huge commitment .
