Luke's got the skills especially this week. Well done! He'll be in hot demand for costume making after this. I love Drag Queens, not sure why its seen as a negative, he's not boring like most of the men on this show.

I think the decision was fair regarding who went. Even though she was my favourite - her last outfit was lackluster and not finished. She should've gone really wild with Orville Peck amd not made the suit in boring old denim. Suzy was lucky though. Not a fan of her oversize stuff but for GaGa it was perfect.
 
No issues with drag queens, just with Luke telling everyone 5 times a show that he’s a drag queen. I thought he was the rightful GOTW and clearly these tasks played to his strengths.

In the grand scheme of things, Bubble’s mistakes this week were minor and Alex had more of an unfinished garment that seemed a little lacklustre. I think her style screams more hiker than diva so she struggled with the made to measure concept and gave herself a lot to do.
 
Ah you have to remember that hours of the day are edited down to a few minutes. If the producers have decided that they want to promote having a drag queen on the show they will show it every time he says anything related. Some of those tasks take 5 hours and are edited down to 10 minutes. I'm sure Luke is talking about lots of things in that time. Also - his sewing experience is as a result of being a drag queen so it is related!
 
It's a reality show and anyone can fail in any week. It seemed like a genuine decision and fair. Bubble just got very lucky! The fact she's quit her job and seems to be trying to make sewing her brand makes me suspect she's done well in this competition and is ready to launch herself in that world.

For Patrick fans - the podcast Walking the Dog with Emily Dean has just run a delightful 2 parter with Patrick and both episodes are a lovely listen. He really seems a great person. Emily shut up for once and let him speak. He mentions his bakelite darning mushrom and his Pashley bike, his ex girlfriends zoo! but I think he could read the phone book and I'd listen 😍.

Get his book on audible- he narrates it and its truly a delight for the ears.
