I cannot fathom the lack of responsibility exhibited by this woman/her family. It is very sad that she is unwell, but going to the US at that age with those existing medical issues is a level of I don't give a duck that I just can't comprehend. The reason your insurance premium is so high is because there's a good chance that it will cost a fortune if you need medical care 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

There is just no personal accountability whatsoever, the expectation that good hearted people will just bail them out is so frustrating

I'm sorry but I know people don't want to see others suffer but this woman knew she was poorly! It's not like she took out insurance and it didn't cover everything so she's trying to raise the difference, that I could understand! Hope the family are looking at taking out loans to contribute rather than expecting the public to fork out

Exactly. My sympathy for anyone doing what she did is so far below zero that there's probably no figure to express it. bleeping hell. Anyone who donates to that is a simpleton, beyond help.
 
Latest update from the GoScamMe page : At the moment, she is still facing significant health challenges. She is battling a second bout of bacterial pneumonia, for which she is being treated with IV antibotics, has suffered a gastrointestinal bleed (which thankfully she has now recovered from) and also blood clots in her legs. She remains on continuous oxygen as her levels have been fluctuating between 80-90%.

They're chasing £80k.......
 
People need to understand the costs if anything goes wrong. And that their families will be expected to stump up. My daughter went away this year, and wasn't getting insurance. I told her that if, God forbid she got sick or died, I would probably have to remortgage my house to get her home.
I know it's a bit scaremongery, but that is the reality of it.
 
Here’s a thought. Why doesn’t she just ring the SEN department rather than try to grift a place through her followers. What does she think this will achieve? Jump ahead of other families fighting for a place because she might have a large following/contacts? Why is her child more important than other children in the area needing a place at a specialist school?

Definitely reads as though she thinks her child is more entitled than others on the waiting list. Nasty vibes.
Moving to Manchester though, what about her high profile wedding business in London and Ozs "job" in the city 🤔
 
She also can’t just get a space through a follower as would legally have to be through consultation process to have a specialist provision named on her echp, which would have to be agreed at board level within the sen team. She’s unbelievable, there are thousands of children sat at home without specialist provision and she’s happy to jump waiting lists through a random contact?! There is no end to this, is there?!
