That would be a real loss if the economics guy left.

But I don't see GB news going anywhere this year. It's ratings are quite good in terms of news channels. Some presenters leaving and stakeholders selling up is kinda what you expect. The afternoon and evening schedule definitely isn't for me, but I'm sure it's got appeal for some people.

Liam Halligan's excellent. He knows his stuff and is able to explain things in an unslanted and uncomplicated way.

I also agree with you Yel that GB News is now firmly established and often beats its rivals in the ratings. Like you there are shows and presenters I love and others I avoid, but I think the station itself is here for the long term.
 
I see Stephen has a new afternoon show and he and Anne were not on breakfast this morning. Have they gone from the breakfast show? They were a great team. Nope not.
 
I agree with a lot of the stuff Adam Brooks says about covid, gender, etc... but ever since Elon bought Twitter all he does is frantically tweet at him in the hopes that he'll reply. Why is his tag EssexPR as well, the guy runs a bleeping pub lol

I think Annis on holiday and Stephen is covering for the afternoons. I think given his health problem. It give Stephen a bit of a break from early mornings to cover a few weeks later in the day! Love Stephen he is so emphatic
 
I've just seen that prat Calvin Robinson on again ... in full vicar outfit, yet he hasn't been ordained by the Church of England. I guess anyone can cosplay as a vicar if they want to but why would you? Wouldn't people think you're a vicar? Weird. Black is very slimming though ... It's got that going for it I suppose. :unsure::cautious:

He's a Deacon of the Free Church of England. A sect that broke away from the Church of England in the 19th century as the sect members thought that the Anglican church was getting too chummy with the 'Bishop of Rome'.

He is a bleeping weirdo. Proper gives me the creeps. I bet he is well dodgy underneath the vicar cosplay.

Some of his social media tweets are pretty vile, not exactly what I'd call 'Christian' (well, my definition of Christian anyway ... forgiveness and all that) ... Ofcom only regulate TV and not Social Media so nothing can be done. :rolleyes:
