Were you given calories or a specific meal plan? And what kind of exercise did you have to do please?I followed his plan… didn’t have masses of interaction with him save for a few WhatsApp messages here and there. I lost 2 stone in 8 weeks…. no magic to - just v low calories (2-3 weeks at 800 and others at 1100-1200) and exercise twice a day. His online presence doesn’t present him in the best light and he does start to do my head in if I look at his profile too often. I do agree with his taking accountability mantra but his communication of it is is horrific. Most of his little minions/ambassadors are even more thick as mince than him so I tend to drown them out. Note that most of them are all traumatised or damaged in some way so understand look up to Scott as some sort of god or messiah like figure.
I attribute my success to my own will power and I maintain my weight now by eating less when I need to.

My friend was on it, its not sustainable. Very low calories and carbs, eg. Chicken with basic salad, prune juice for cleanse, 0% fat yoghurt, chicken with veg. She did loose loads of weight but anyone would eating such low calories. She's put some back on now too. The amount of exercise required isn't doable in my opinion if you have a full time job. Thanks for sharingBoth! Meal plan (very basic) - few entries from My Fitness Pal which showed the calorie count. Exercises was mainly HIIT- leg raises, sit ups, star jumps - not difficult stuff but loads of reps. You could do the exercise at home or the gym. Theres nothing complex in the plan- technically you could just do it yourself e.g. base 800-1000 calories on whole foods and do some YouTube HIIT exercises 2/3 times per day!
Yeah on her stories she’s left and going on her own. Do ambassador’s pay for plans? Cause who can actually afford those prices each month for years? He kind of brainwashes these women in a way thinking they will always need him or they’ll fall off plan and get big again so they are trapped in this
Jess posted stories tonight basically calling out the plan without calling out the plan and it looks like she wants to say more but can’t then he’s posting videos from others in reaction to her videos
I don’t see why his weird ambassadors can’t just accept that there’s a difference of opinion
