Jo robbed himself of the win with his overpayment which was a shame because it was the best place by far of the four featured last week.
I saw Lee comment on a FB post that the menus were misprinted & they’d not noticed…but his wife admitted on the show they needed to look at their pricing. Their place had no character, I didn’t like it but then I didn’t really take to the couple. She looked at him like she hated him in the first episode. Agree about no character in their place, but for the area, I didn't think the price was too bad.
The winner of the week is definitely Jo, I bet he's been inundated with bookings, Tintagel is a very popular place.
He just asked for “coffee” & that’s what he got. He could’ve asked for a cappuccino or latte.

I really don’t like any of the couples or the places. It’s quite interesting if you follow the FB group to hear from the contestants how things are manipulated by the producers which leads me to believe they always have a winner in mind. This week I think it’ll be the second place they visited. I can’t understand the couple at The Hatters in that they have such a huge project, why not focus on doing 10 rooms properly (room & bathroom) & communal areas rather than just theming the rooms & it all being a bit of a mess!

There’s always one place that seems more favourable, I’m not sure how to explain but like the visits are more set up. I’ve thought it a few times when I’ve been watching. Ultimately the scores, payments & winner is already decided before we see it so the audience isn’t a voting factor. There are lots of insightful comments about production on the FB page, not all disgruntled because they may have revealed something about their own place.
