Yes, when you explain it like that I understand why he didn't post publicly. Anything he said or didn't say would be used and probably quoted. He obviously feels it safer with his Patreon community to comment.

That's gutting to be blindsided by Shane, and to not know he was up in court. Shows he is a user. He'll never change. I feel for anyone employed by him who's jobs could be in jeopardy

I just listened to the latest Patreon... he was advised not to comment publicly until after the sentencing, and he agrees, as he wanted to make sure that Shane's sentencing wasn't affected, and that he faced "the full rigors of the law". He will definitely come on after that and tell everyone about how much he'd "love to bate the shite out of him!". So I guess that makes his feelings clear enough.

I think it was adjourned for sentencing in December at the time.

Some of the staff have left to set up PT / gym type businesses on their own. Some are still there, but it doesn't appear that he's around at all (could be wrong on that).

No, when I read back some of the articles from when it broke, it says the date for his sentencing will be set in December. So it could be a few months yet before they actually sentence him, they were just due to set the date for it this month.
