I'm not subscribed to his Patreon so I don't know exactly what he said but surely he should say something on his Public platforms too. He has sent hundreds of people Shane's way he should be highlighting the fact of whats gone on so people are aware. Looks like he is one of those friends who is sticking by him. He's unfollowed him but that could be just a stunt

I'm sure in the coming days or weeks he'll address it further when he is ready. I can imagine he feels very badly let down and probably still processing. He's coming off the back of a bank holiday weekend with a very young family.

Not really clear when it's behind a paywall for a couple of hundred people compared to his public platforms which he had thousands on. It was his public podcasts he had Shane on.

If he honestly didn't know, he must feel let down. He was used for his platform like he was before. And I would think there's more using him for his followers, one in particular.

I hope Shane gets what he deserves. He used his position of power and respect to take advantage of women and to add insult to injury then blame THEM. It's absolutely sickening. And it's not a number of years ago as he likes to portray, and even if it was, it's Still not okay.
 
I have a feeling that some are awaiting the sentencing before they speak publicly. Cuddy made his position crystal clear on the Patreon. I subscribed especially to hear what he had to say. I wouldn't agree with having to pay to hear it usually, but I think the hurt in his voice as he spoke was genuine, and I reckon he released it to his "safe space" first, and will address it publicly once he has had time to process it. He was forced to speak as there were comments from someone asking him about it.

I was never a Cuddy fan, but I really felt for him after that statement. I think Cuddy talks a lot of shite, but deep down he's a devoted family man and was horrified by this.

I noticed Peter Foy unfollowed Shane, and isn't friends with him on FB anymore either. It must have hit P hard, they were friends for years, played football together, and P often promoted Shane and the gym. Guys like him and Cuddy were played like fools, and I'd never have taken either as a fool, so it just shows how devious Shane is.

As for the business, and whatever is happening with it - if Shane actually has stepped away from it, then whoever is in charge needs to take action. It's coming up on a week since this broke, and none of the paying clients have been updated. I know people currently on active plans there, and despite their direct debits still going out, there has been no response to check ins, no updates, etc. in over a week. I'm sure it's not easy on whatever staff are still there, but they can't let it lie much longer either.

OK, maybe I'll do the same because I actually do like Cuddy. He's a little childish at times with his subject matter but thats just his humour and he is always just joking, and at the end of the day, above all he is a hardworking family man who'd do anything for family. He trusts way too easily and gets used for his followers and his platform. In my opinion Alan Clarke uses him for his followers and platform and another that David calls a friend.

Shane is just lying low until sentencing and no doubt will just bounce back to being the gyms business owner when it's done in December. He will twist it into a sob story for himself, how people try to bring him down but how he's overcome it, with I dunno Cortisone levels or whatever God powers he thinks he has.

I also understand his reasoning that his phone had already blown up with messages and that was without even mentioning it publicly on his main page. It's not his fight to fight so don't blame him saying nothing tbh after listening to him.

Yes, when you explain it like that I understand why he didn't post publicly. Anything he said or didn't say would be used and probably quoted. He obviously feels it safer with his Patreon community to comment.

That's gutting to be blindsided by Shane, and to not know he was up in court. Shows he is a user. He'll never change. I feel for anyone employed by him who's jobs could be in jeopardy
 
His “treatments” sounded as bogus as himself. Wasn’t he selling some oxygen and water treatments he brought over from America. Wonder what the likes of Larry Doyle and Gary McGowan think of him now

As bogus as they sound, the Google reviews speak differently. It seems that he was helping a lot of people.

For example, it really frustrates me when the KKFit Twins squeeze themselves into small leggings and talk about how much of a great fit they are when they're clearly having their circulation to their legs cut off- when they were bulking they got heavier than I am and I wouldn't even bother looking at the small size.

Oh my god I used to follow ashy bines years ago and the constant preaching about diet and lifestyle etc to make for a happy life/body and next thing a massive downer of her crying cus she hates herself. These people are nuts and have no real follow through.

If he's doing this maybe he's thinking he will get a suspended sentence and is ready to spin in that way that it's not as bad as made out to be.

He called his victim "Gamey" ffs. How would any woman feel comfortable around him now or in the future.
