I'd already read rumor that Jack only had a five race contract for 2025, hence why Colapinto was being rumoured to be heading to Alpine

Testing Jack only on one race is really stupid though. What can they see in only one weekend that they don't already know?
If he has a great weekend, he will stay but might do a De Vries later.
If he doesn't have a great race they will fire him?
If they are doubting their choice better announce it now and not playing this "this weekend will decide his future" bullshit

Lol so lifting for less than 1s was enough to not get a penalty... I am sorry but their penalty has nothing to do with security. I would also be curious to see the telemetry of every driver because i don't think he was the only one not respecting the flags.
I am also mad they wait so long to take their decision.

Can’t deal with him being sad, really worry about him sometimes- wears his heart on his sleeve and it breaks mine 😭

If this is a test for Jack it’s so so cruel, I would like Franco to get a seat but not like that!

Am exhausted after this weekend, too many emotions; not ready for another week of work and then another super stressful weekend 😭

It's just that i am 100% sure that if McLaren lose the WCC next week, he will blame himself for it because of what happen today. When we all saw that there was a lot of things (team faults, Lando faults, Oscar underperforming since the summer break...) to explain why they lose it 😕

It's confirmed ?? I saw someone says it was because Esteban want to do the post abu dhabi test with Haas and Alpine only accept to release him if he don't do the last race

 
If you look at his onboard, the panel turn yellow just when he passed it and the next panel is green. This look like a genuine mistake and not a way to gain time on Max...

Well, I like George, but Max has a point in a way as a person who actually -and I will give him that- does not pretend polite and when he is angry/impatient you can see it and no PR training is hiding it. Like he is not afraid to be seen as angry and does not care about being a "nice guy", good student all the time. So knowing George's ability to sugar coat things not to sound unpleasant and tendency to be a good school prefect (what can be hilarious) as much as I like him, I can imagine him playing it differently in stewards' room and more politely for the cameras. 😅 on the other hand, Max has no reason to attack George now as he won and the penalty he got did not affect his race at all.

yep! i get that people don’t like max but i don’t think anyone could argue that he isn’t honest or isn’t afraid to express his viewpoint. he’s usually very consistent too so i would get that george apparently NOT being consistent winds him up.

i really want to know what’s happened though as (like in the clip bla’s posted above) he’s very obviously talking ABOUT an exact incident without giving much detail and is clearly really annoyed about it.

(look at those two adorable work colleagues who STILL DO NOT FOLLOW EACH OTHER ON INSTAGRAM. charles even tagged max in his photo last week, hit the follow button mate they drive me crazy)
