I was more surprised at something containing 250g of bacon and being “syn free”. Such bullshit. If you want carbonara have carbonara, but don’t convince yourself it’s syn free
That amount of sodium is insane and he still puts in a stock cube its over your daily salt intake in one meal
Kidneys will be screaming

Does anyone else find they struggle to stomach pretty normal foods they ate on SW? Yesterday I put frozen raspberries in my porridge which I used to do all the time and I didn’t enjoy it. Also Fajita chicken pasta was a favourite and now I can’t eat it. It’s not even weird concoctions suitable for Slimming Hurled, its basic normal foods.

Yes, I had a real aversion to jacket potatoes for about two years after quitting slimming world, have only really started to enjoy them for what they are again in the last few months!

Omelette. Still can't do it 10 years on! I've tried many a time but nope. It's like a trauma food

They do. Although the packaging puts me off. Either they’ve gone to McDonalds a lot or they’re fishing them out the bin. I guess they reused them but that’s kind of rank as they’d be greasy.

Also what’s with the SW accounts obsession with costa? If they aren’t posting their costas they have mugs with their logo. It’s an awful coffee shop.
I like Costa but it is a treat as many of the drinks are high sugar/calorie! Not sure how that fits in to SW unless you’re having something more ordinary (I’m not a coffee drinker)

100% i Love carbonara, i still do though i can't help but grimace whenever i thought of having it bcos of SW

WW and SW and rank skimmed milk, low fat yogurt, low fat philadelphia (🤢)

The misery of having to endure these as part of a 'diet' has made me refuse to suffer them now. I'd rather have a smaller portion of semi skimmed milk, full fat Greek yogurt, full fat cheese, etc and actually enjoy food!

It’s so difficult to get full fat versions of things now. I decided to start avoiding artificial sweeteners, as I read they can prevent you losing weight. I went to a supermarket and couldn’t find any yoghurts that weren’t absolutely full of fake sugar crap. You can get plain full fat yoghurt but everything else is low fat, watery and unpleasant.

The stupidest thing I did on SW was switch from whole milk to skimmed because you’re allowed more on Hex A. But I hardly use much milk so I was just drinking the left over at night! So bloody pointless.
