She mentioned 'Essiebutton' had recommended something and I just realized how Lily, Anna, Fleur, Zoe and so many others from that early YouTube beauty and lifestyle crowd in like 2012 used to reference each other and were very much contemporaries and those girls all have kids now and I think that might be who Estee is comparing herself to and feeling all this internal pressure to be married with kids and doing a house renovation as a result.

I think you're right, but I would bet that some of her contemporaries are envious of her freedom and ability to travel at a moment's notice. It's just human nature to envy what we don't have and view the grass to be greener than it is. It can be difficult to fully accept and embrace where you are and who you are in the present.
