This is one (of the many) things that pisses me off about Estee and influencers in general.

She keeps getting positively rewarded for posting this crap on her public WORK accounts, when any normal person would be sent to HR and fired. She’s screwing up people’s perception of what’s appropriate in the workplace.

I’m having flashbacks to when she held an event and made people paint boobs and kept asking people “are you having a good time?” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I know I keep bringing it up, but imagine being one of her employees and witnessing your boss's crazy in real time AND online?! Estee talking about being a founder and CEO while being publicly messy is...something lol

I can't imagine you'd have much respect for a CEO like this - extremely unprofessional, but again it's because she hasn't worked a real job in a real business (I don't count the body shop gig), so her knowledge and experience of the real world, and how to operate is skewed - like most influencers, who seem to believe anything goes. The moment she started MW, she should have put her private life on private, and maintained her self respect and integrity, there's authentic and then there's this absolute sh*t show. Why any brand continues to work with her or any of these has been influencers with literally nothing to offer, is beyond me.

I think the majority of her MW team that she used to show until last year have left. Probably for the exact seasons we talk about on here 😁 Or maybe Estee realized she actually needs to pay people who work for her, so she decided she can do it all by herself.

She is an early-30s something living in a major city in 2024… there is no way everyone she knows is married with kids… this is just a weird hyper fixation for her that she is going to obsess over until she maybe finally has a baby and then makes every excuse as to why she’s leaving it to go on endless holidays lol and post pics reminiscing on when she was single and her pre-motherhood body and lamenting over that fun lifestyle, etc.

So true, a lot of people choose to have kids later or not at all, we're not longer living this "must have 7 children to help on the farm" mentality, well my mom was one of 5 and grew up on a farm lol, but yeah... I think E makes up a lot of stuff, and again, what friends?? Can we see ONE?? Has anyone even seen Estee in any proximity to a child, ever? I can't recall... I look at people who don't have kids and I'm legit jelly thinking you can take a nap anytime you want 😭 😝

Would anyone follow if she didn't post her private / real life though?

I have zero interest in over priced bath oils but enjoy messy Estee immensely.
