Honestly what we’re the writers thinking with all 3. Ethan is so smug, arrogant, boring. Marcus is a moan and a drip and never seems to work. And Naomi can’t order a bacon butty without sounding threatening and aggressive.

At least with the likes of Chas and Al, you hate the character but you’re meant to. You get involved with the story line. Whereas with the other 3 you just want to turn off!

Another boring episode tonight. Continuity pretty bad too. Last night Naomi had light blue jeans on when in the house then when she left the house they were dark blue. Tonight when Bernice was outside speaking to Cathy (that was a good scene) her hair was a bit of a mess and you could see her roots. Then she goes back in the house and her hair is perfect in soft curls

Oh yeah, no-one in Emmerdale owns a kettle or a coffee maker, they have to get their hot drinks from the cafe or the Hide at all times.

It's a bit like Eastenders where everyone was always drinking in the pub, but no-one could afford to buy their own washing machine
