They own it.
Paddy's mum didnt want him to marry Mandy so she paid Mandy off.
Mandy used the money to buy the Dingle hovel.

We have never actually seen how many rooms it has upstairs.
Maybe they all have bunk beds in one room.

Did Vinny sell his house in the end? He was given everything by Aaron/Liv (house, scrapyard and money) so I don’t understand why he’s now got nothing and living at the Dingles? Especially as if he hasn’t sold it yet he’ll be getting monthly rent from Charles and Manpreet? That would be a huge help when there is no mortgage to pay!
I’ve gone mind black and can’t remember what happened with the sale

I can't even remember him moving out and back into the Dingles Charles and Manpreet bought Harriets house though so he's also got another flat empty.

I don’t remember Vinny moving out either. As you say, Charles & Manpreet moved into Harriet’s old place so who is living in Vinny’s house now?

Charles and Manpreet’s. Both flats are empty now then I assume!

He didn’t sell it in the end. Manpreet & Charles we’re going to move from the smaller flat in to the one Vinny was living in but then they bought Harriet’s house. I think his flats are empty now so there’ll be no income coming in from them.

So if both flats have been empty this whole time why did the Dingle’s not just move in there with working heating and hot water while they waited to get their boiler fixed/replaced?

Just caught up mostly on Emmerdale from this week. Naomi is such as aggressive girlfriend. I’d be terrified to go out with someone like her. She’s a terrible bully. And describing herself as “hot” and “delicious”. Sure she doesn’t need to go out with anyone… no one could love her as much as much as she loves herself. So unlikeable!
