It’s just dawned on me that I’ve never seen Kheerat without his brown coat - outdoors, indoors, even in his own house, it’s glued to him!
Here he is with his man bun...🤣

I don't understand what point you are trying to make. Of course there's some terrible poverty in London and nobody lives in a Utopia but there really aren't hate groups on every corner (particularly gay bashing/homophobia). Gang violence and turf wars over drugs is a more of a real problem.

EE portays life like a parochial village where everyone knows each other and people gossip in the local pub if someone is having an affair. If you walked in to your local pub in London and announced that your dad is a conman everyone would look the other way and wonder what's wrong with you😄
The point I’m trying to make is that it’s not all perfect? Which is pretty much what you said in the first line of your sentence. If you had actually read the original post, you’d see that the person posting is living in a dream land where London is the best city because of its so multicultural. It’s not and I don’t see why me saying that is an issue lol
Not sure what your last point is trying to say as it has nothing to do with what either me or the other person were saying but go off?

Well said. I switch off with comments like that to be honest. Lighten up people...🤣🤣🤣
It’s got nothing to do with lightening up, you were dismissive of other people’s experiences lmao

I never said I was living a dream. You intimated that because I dared to say that London is not the lawless tit hole it's constantly reported to be. You don't need to contradict people unnecessarily just because you insist on reading their comment according to your perception. I've lived in many places (North, South, the US etc), but to me London is still the most culturally diverse and free for all and whilst I respect that other people's experiences may be different, what pisses me off (and what I was saying) is that it is judged as completely terrible everywhere, especially by people that don't really know it.

I wasn't trying to be. It was just the way your comment was written that got my back up, but I apologise. I think we both misunderstood each other.

The second paragraph I wrote was about EE - the subject of this thread 🤣 Everyone announces their business in the local pub and the last one to do that was Sonia whingeing about her fake dad 😃

I was just making a point about how unrealistic the show really is. It's not like they live in London but some little village called Walford where nobody ventures beyond the borders to find a job let alone a girlfriend! Poor Kheerat the pickings are slim in Walford 😄

It's just a silly soap 🧼 but I live in London and will defend it like @ouroboros because its generally outsiders that feel the need to run it down.
