I think Vincent could be returning because I don't think Phil's going to be sent down.

I'm quite interested in what they are doing with Aaron, they are actually creating a character with him now, which should have been done first rather than straight into the fascist storyline.

Also think it's time for a new family because I'm getting fed up of the Carter's being the most solid marriage with the most problems and break ups ever, either have them happy with a few dramas or split them up.

Yes I'm sorry that Ash has gone. I hope she comes back in the future.
Hopefully Mila and her sister will shortly disappear. I always thought it was a shame they split Ash and Iqra up them landed Iqra with dull Mila.

they just haven’t put any work into them tbh - kheerat is hot but we know nothing else about him really, vinny is cute and the actor is decent but been given nothing to do, i’m not even sure what they’re trying to do with suki at this point. they had potential but i’ve lost interest!
 
I like everyone else here has lost interest in the Panesar’s they didn’t really expand with Vinny or Kheerat, did we even really get a backstory for either of them ? Ash that exit was tit I’m glad they have left the door open for her, the boys are under Suki’s thumb so if she said jump they would say how high.
 
I still like the Panesar family and they do still have potential. The father could return from prison at some point and Suki is certainly an interesting character.

I agree that Kheerat and Vinny could do with some development and proper girlfriends. All Vinny has done is trail around after awful Dotty and Kheerat could do better than hook ups with Shazza and Stacey.

I find it weird that he’s such a devout Sikh (and the only one that wears a turban) but drinks and sleeps around with Western women. Aren’t those two things severely frowned upon?

I'm not a Sikh but I don't think alcohol is forbidden. As for the sleeping around I'm not sure. Suki definitely frowns upon it anyway haha
edit- I just looked it up and apparently it is technically forbidden. I just know a lot of Sikhs and Hindus who are more culturally relaxed about that kind of thing than, say, in Islam where they tend to be more strict.

I looked it up too, after being told to educate myself over a comment I made a few weeks ago - fair play, but it states alcohol is forbidden. Sex outside of marriage is frowned upon. Marriage is expected and a non-Sikh must convert if they marry a practising Sikh. Furthermore, why does only one brother wear a turban? I know it’s not required, but they showed themselves to be very traditional when Jag’s died, so it’s confusing. The way the family are portrayed doesn’t tell us anything about the religion, but it’s our fault for being ignorant!

Suki didn't seem bothered about sex outside of marriage when she slept with Peter. Is pretending to have cancer allowed in the Sikh religion? I doubt it.

I like the storyline with Suki battling with her sexuality. I’m secretly hoping she and Honey get it on 😁
 
Can we talk about Nancy’s hair too? I mean what is that stupid top knot!
