I read that his wife has a condition and because of that he doesn't want to travel abroad for long periods filming.Colin Salmon is a cut above the rest acting wise, what’s he doing in eastenders??
Pat smoking on the bottom of the stairs is iconic, EE fans would pay good money for this enamel badge, how was this dropped in the US/CN Target
I know, I adored Pat, I want the badge! I'm still not over them killing off Pat.Pat smoking on the bottom of the stairs is iconic, EE fans would pay good money for this enamel badge, how was this dropped in the US/CN Target
We need a ghost Pat version talking to Peggy!
Totally agree, too much home wrecking. Most families don’t want to be blended then un-blended(?), and steps are known to hate the sight of each other who wants to share anything these days!I agree about the ridiculous lack of any solid families. There should be one or two couples who have weathered the storms and stayed together. Also, the writers split people up, then don’t know what to do with them. How many married couples on the square have broken up and then got back together, sometimes repeatedly:
Kat and Alfie
Stacey and Martin
Ian and Cindy
Billy and Honey
Sharon and Phil
Patrick and Yolande
It‘s ridiculous. Why not just keep some of them together in the first place? They can still have drama, worries about health, money, jobs, their kids! Loads of stuff apart from divorce.
As soon as a normal family arrives on Albert Square its guaranteed that one of them will have an affair and they'll be caught up in crime or murder within a few yearsThere have a few ‘nuclear families’ arrive over the years. They just don’t stay that way living in Albert Square
And Hilda and Stan on CorrieAll the soaps used to do it years ago. They had marriages that lasted. I know soaps were tamer in those days but Jack and Vera lasted, so did Audrey and Alf and Roy and Hayley.
They could at least try to have a longer lasting marriage. They should have left Kat and Phil together and they should definitely leave Billy and Honey together. Martin and Stacey should have been left together too because they had a realistic relationship, rather than having Stacey lusting after old Branning men all the time
How could I forget the best soap couple ever! And Hilda and Stan on Corrie
