Ugh, Gray and Chelsea. I guess they make a good couple but I just hate the thought of Gray getting all loved up after what he’s done. Please let Chelsea finally be the one to out him rather than becoming another victim of his because it’s really boring now. Decent characters have been killed off for nothing so far.
 
I do kinda like Grey in an odd way but I really thought the abuse storyline needed to held onto further before chantelle died. Characters were suspect and felt it was odd but her death has kinda been overlooked. He's killed Tina and Kush so I hope it is going somewhere to him being found out but struggle to see how they'll link everything back to him

But I want him to stay. The amazing Walford police 😉 seem to think that Kush was a suicide and Tina has run off.
Her body may never be discovered.

I wonder how far Chelsea will get sucked in before she realises Gray's weirder than Stuart 🥲
 
I appreciate what everyone is saying about characters being killed off etc but don’t forget that alot of it is down to the actor/actress choosing to leave and so the writers have to work with this. Same when an actress gets pregnant and they have to find a way for their character to ‘disappear’ for a few months

Sometimes it's a mistake killing these characters off though. Roxy and Ronnies deaths were good TV but I think they were silly to do that with these big characters that can never come back now.

Very true. But surely there has to be drama there too. Like Max for example, yes he can come back (again) but his exit was pretty boring for someone who has been on the show for so long. I imagine there must be discussions with the actors/actresses where they come to a mutual decision based on their exit from the show. I do agree about the risk of no backsies though, if either EE or actor changes their mind.

ETA: I also think they sometimes kill off when there has been a breach of contract or a particular person has been very difficult to work with behind the scenes etc
 
Why do they move Wimbledon to bbc one to move eastenders to bbc 2 why can’t they just leave Wimbledon on bbc2 where it was already playing and they don’t need to change the listing for bbc one. anyone know why this is? Or am I overthinking things for a Monday evening 😂 x

They used to do the same if Andy Murray was playing. It’s because they’re British and they seem to think they deserve to be on the main channel. All this does is if people have Eastenders on series link it messes up the recording as the recording device doesn’t know about the change. This shouldn’t matter anyway as all of this weeks Eastenders episodes are available to watch from today on iPlayer

There was some off screen scandal, possibly drugs related, and he was fired.
I think after what happened with Daniella they are probably quite vigilant about that.

Anyway Sheree is really pissing me off now. Her son needs urgent help from mental health services not his mum chasing away a girlfriend who cares about him. Stupid woman!

Harry Rednapps cameo was quite good. He's a more natural actor than some of the cast 🙃
