The main thing I noticed was that everyone except the group leader was noticeably overweight: when I attended a weight loss group I'd say over 50% of members were only slightly overweight or were a healthy weight and still attending meetings to help motivate them to stay that way.

I hate the way they portray weight loss groups. They can be very supportive and they do not weigh you publicly. Once again stereotypical and can put people off something that could really benefit them. They are not for everyone but you can find support.

They are so toxic, my friend used to go but was weight training aswell as a healthy diet. It looked like like was gaining but it was actually muscle and she was losing inches, but the groups are so out dated they were encouraging her to go lower and lower with her calories to offset this!! I

Patrick could have been crying at seeing the dead child of another couple and kept quiet so Paul could leave Walford to live happily ever after with everyone thinking he's dead. When he's got Isaac on his case he protests a bit too much when he shouts back at him HE'S DEAD all the time.

Yes!!! He just agreed with the police that the body was Paul in order to protect Paul? And crying because he knows Paul wouldn't be coming back. Oh imagine Patrick's been in contact with him this whole time. I loved Paul I'd be more than happy to see him come back

I'd like to see Paul again but it's a stretch having another person come back from the dead!

The Isaac stuff was rather lame. Is that the end of the storyline? He'll probably be back to normal next week
