Have the writers forgot Bobby is Muslim or was it quietly dropped without me noticing?

He mentioned his religion in Thursday’s episode to Dana when he was trying to explain all his lies to her. He said that he found religion whilst he was in prison. She then said something along the lines of “does your religion say you should lie to a woman to get her into bed?” and she stormed out.

Although as a practicing Muslim he wouldn’t have had sex before marriage in the first place

The reason he had sex though was because Iqra said something about Muslim people do it before marriage but just don’t shout about it or something like that

But he didn't mention a religion and made it sound like he had dropped it. I have two more random thoughts from this weeks episodes......

1) Bernie said she had ran for twenty minutes. Why was her face totally dry? I guess she doesn't sweat like Prince Andrew.

2) If Vinnie had gone through all those empty beer cans on the floor where did he go for a slash when he's out of it in the park? Hope he didn't get it out in a kids playground and that he just has a super strong bladder to hold it all in.

Are the episodes anymore exciting than the drivel we've had to put up with for months? I've still got about two or three from last week to watch but I have no motivation to whatsoever.
More Isaac focussed this week, which I don’t mind at all because his story is quite interesting and I’m a big patrick fan 😂

I’m catching up on Eastenders 2009 and Patrick and Denise have literally not aged.

That's good how they're focussing on it more. I don't like how they started this major thing of him secretly coming off his meds yet all they've done is show him every few weeks doing something a bit weird like ordering all the burgers. I also don't think he's the greatest actor. Quite a few of the EE actors are aging like fine wine!

I didn't like the character at first found him annoying but this week's episodes he's played it really well I feel for Patrick ☹️

Me too, do we know 100% how he died? Could Isaac be on to something or was Johnny Allen definitely not involved?

This is from the EastEnders wiki page...

Paul has a spell working with troubled youth but begins to get involved in crime again in the latter part of 2004 when he starts drug dealing for Andy Hunter. After being arrested Paul informs the police about Andy's criminal dealings to the police, which proves to be his undoing, as Andy then orders him killed in December 2004. Paul considers escaping, but realizes his family would be in danger if he does, so he says a tearful goodbye to Patrick, leaving in a taxi; the driver of the taxi is a hitman, sent by Andy. Paul tells Patrick he is leaving and will not be seen again. Patrick is not aware that Paul is actually leaving to get killed. Paul asks the driver to "make it quick". A month later, when Patrick wants to find Paul after he fails to get in contact with him, he discovers Paul has been killed and identifies his corpse. He swears revenge on Andy and eventually gets his wish when Andy is killed in February 2005 by Johnny Allen.
